Duplicate links and blank emails being sent

ContextWe are running a query to identify appointments that are past 72 hrs and have not been closed/dispositioned For example, if I am sales agent that had an appointment scheduled with a prospect on October 1st, 2021 and the appointment status is "Open" this process should be kicking out an email to me (cc'ing my manager) and attaching the appropriate link or links (depending on how many appointments are outstanding) That query is being pulled daily at 7AM on a cumulative basis (i.e. duplicates will appears) via our 1st Zap from our Business Intelligence tool Periscope into a CSV format for Google Sheets to ingest Then a 2nd Zap is being used to curate the data in order to deliver an email (cc'ing the agent's manager) and notifying the agent of appointments that need to be dispositioned. After an agent dispositions their appointment, the next day they should no longer receive an email for that specific appointment  The query will no longer flag/capture this appointment once it's bee

I am creating a Zap.  Zoom Meeting registration to Update or Create new Constant Contact subscriber (add to list).It ‘tests’ fine on the ZAP…..but - the actual update is not taking place in CTCT.I’ve tested this on a number of accounts.Any ideas what I’m missing?

Remove outdated google calendar events

Made a zap to create event in Google calendar on new task is created in Microsoft todo.Works find. But, when I update the task, previously created task not updates (by time I mean), but instead new one task is created. So I receive 2 tasks, where 1 is actual and 1 is outdated.So, I decided to create a zap to remove outdated event in google calendar on update task in Microsoft todo.But in zap settings I couldn’t find the necessary settings for this.As you can see from here. I just can choose which event I’m going to remove. But, how zappier can track to which task of microsoft todo this google event belongs to in order to remove it?Did anyone faced with such problem? Which action event to use to add new attendees in Whova into NeonCRM?

I am working on connecting the trigger event “Get attendees” to a conference in Whova to NeonCRM, but I’m not sure which action to take. The logical one seems like it would be Update Organization Account, but when I pick that one the next step requires an account ID, but it won’t accept the one I used when I first started creating the Zap and it will only show the beginning of our membership list.

Hello community, I’m trying to figure out a quick zap. I want the data to filter on NAME from Jotform and send it to different tabs. Example.  James fills out Jotform. Zapier send data to spreadsheet “Tracking” under tab “James”  Carlin fills out Jotform Zapier sends data to spreadsheet ‘’Tracking’’ but under tab “Carlin”  Does anyone know how to do this? thanks

How to segment Clickbank buyers in Getresponse with Lookup Table

Hi there Zapier community.  I want to automatically sign up buyers of my Clickbank products to the corresponding GetResponse lists. For example: - Buyer buys Main Product => gets signed up to List A- Buyer buys Upsell 1 => gets signed up to List B- Buyer buys Upsell 2 => gets signed up to List C Here are the steps in my zap: Trigger (New Test Sale In Clickbank) > Action (Lookup Table) > Action (Find List in Getresponse) > Action (Create or Update Contact In Gertesponse).  After created the Lookup Table, I selected “Line Item Data Item No” as my Lookup Key. Then on the left side of the Lookup Table (key), I listed all of my Clickbank products item no. On the right side of the Lookup Table (Value), I then matched each Clickbank products item no with respective designated Getresponse list. I tried plugging in the Getresponse list token, list ID, and list name… But the output data kept showing “Output: No Data”. And everything just didn’t work. What is the part that I mis

Limit to number of Acuity triggers in a single day?

Hi all!I have a Zap which is two steps:Appointment is created in Acuity Create a case in ZendeskToday, one of our appointments was not converted to a case. I looked at the Zap and see that it was never triggered. There’s no error or anything from what I can see.In addition to this Zap, we have one which edits a Zendesk case when the appointment is rescheduled and another which closes the case when the appointment is cancelled. We had quite a few events in Acuity today - could it be that we ran into some kind of limitation in Acuity or Zendesk? Has anyone experienced this before?And I have already checked - we have over 1,000 tasks left for this month so it was not a limitation on our Zapier account from what I can see. Any thoughts on this are appreciated. Thanks! Update: The appointment was scheduled at 2:11 PST and the Zap was just triggered at 2:58 PST. So it went through but the delay has caused a problem with our agents’ scheduling. Hoping to figure out why it was delayed for so l

Hi - when trying to set up a Zap between Google Ads and Zapier, I keep running into this problem where I have no “managed accounts”. I have tried creating other accounts besides the admin account on Google Ads, but the same problem persists.  Screenshot attached.

Cannot get a response from Zapier

This is my last effort before looking for an alternative to Zapier.We have an issue where occasionally the State will not be populated to Salesforce even though it’s included in the incoming data.  I know the field is mapped correctly because it works 95% of the time. The Zap works like this.A Hubspot Form is created The email is used to search for an existing contact in Salesforce. If there is no match a new contact record is created using the form submission fields, including the state. A new record related to the contact, called inquiries, is then created with form specific details, like comments but it also includes the address information.In these few cases, the State is populated on the form and does populate in the Inquiries record but not the Salesforce contact record. It then requires the person processing leads to check the inquiries and populate the state from the inquiry record which is not a feasible solution. Side note - I’ve submitted three tickets to Zapier since 8/19 t

Request access to both apps through our Early Access Program.I am trying to set up a complicated Zap: I would like to schedule a weekly text (one of 3, depending on the situation) to a group that I have labeled in Google Contacts. 1 - Is it possible to sync a group labeled in Google Contacts with the group in Zapier/SimpleTexting?I exported the group out of Google Contacts and manually uploaded it into SimpleTexting. Not sure if there is a way to keep the group synced. 2 - Once the group is established, what is the best way to schedule a weekly text to the group? I saw a very tedious workaround answer from a year ago, so am hoping that something better has been developed since then, as I ultimately need to make a decision weekly on which of the 3 scenarios to trigger, which need to be built

Sending a Dropbox Transfer Link in an Email

Hello! Here’s what I am trying to do and I am really close (I think): A new booking in Book Like a Boss triggers:an entry on Google Sheetsa document with specific information in Google Docsa new dropbox folder. Then we do the project which is a video recording. That recording is uploaded to the dropbox folder that was created by the booking.That folder needs to be sent via Dropbox Transfer.The LINK for the dropbox transfer needs to be copy and pasted into the EMAIL that is sent to the client so they know their project is ready. Is this possible via Zaps? Which parts have to be done by a human? I appreciate your thoughts on this.

Create a project in Asana after an estimate is approved in Freshbooks?

I would like to setup a zap that creates a new project in Asana when an estimate is approved in Freshbooks (new Online, not Classic), filling in the estimate line items and detail as tasks in Asana.So here’s where I’m bumping into issues:I don’t see a trigger specific for when the Freshbooks estimate is approved, only new and updated. When I try to setup the project to be created in Asana, I can get the overview information in but hitting barriers trying to convert each line item in the FB estimate into individual tasks within Asana. It’s also important that each new task in Asana has the item name and item description converted into task name and description. I’d also like to pull over the per line cost information into an estimated time effort within Asana. So line item quantity (hours) is pulled into a task budget that I could time against. This may be beyond Zapier and need a third party timer?Any input would be appreciated.

How to get Zap to wait for a worker’s completion report in Slack?

Hi, we are considering using Zaiper for our Slack workflow builder migration.In the Slack workflow builder, we were able to proceed to the next step if the user pressed a button; in Zapier's Slack actions, we don't seem to be able to have a button.This is fine if all the work we want to do is completed in Zapier, but we do have some tasks that need some human approval. For example, waiting for debugging work to be completed before a production release.Is there a good approach to make this happen in Zapier?I tried using Slack reactions as actions, but it wasn't smart as it was split into different workflows.

I need help with Zapier Delay.I have a zap configured like this:-From typeform I receive responses to a form with a user chosen date inside.-The responses to the forms are saved in a GSheet and the value of the date chosen by the user is saved in COL-At this point I insert a Delay that must have as its expiration date the date entered in the form, then I give it the value of the COLEverything works fine, in fact the zap waits for the correct date entered by the user, only I would need, instead of arriving at that date, to arrive 15 days earlier to send a notice email.
