How can I make Mailchimp automatically send an email campaign to someone who filled out a form on my Instapage landing page?

Good question.
Configure a Mailchimp Campaign to be triggered from a TAG added to a Subscriber.
Then configure the Zap to add the TAG to the Mailchimp Subscriber.

I wanted to add onto what Troy mentioned since as he referenced this would likely require some setup within Mailchimp as well. 
So it does look like there is a “Form Submission” trigger for Instapage!
From there the rest of the zap may look like:
- “Add/Update Subscriber” Action - Mailchimp
- “Add Subscriber to Tag” Action - Mailchimp
On the Mailchimp side, as Troy mentioned, you would need to setup a campaign that triggers anytime that specific tag is added. Here’s a help doc from Mailchimp for how to set that up.
