Mailchimp campaign to new wordpress post actions for dynamic updates
Afternoon! I am trying to setup a zap that will import our Mailchimp press releases into wordpress as a new post. I have it setup, but I am not sure how to create actions that will pull the dynamic content when send a new campaign. Does anyone have some tips, or know how to do this?

Hey, I’m attempting to try and find a way to keep tickets updated between the two platforms? I.e. when an agent updates a public note, it gets synced and updated between the two platforms. However, I can’t seam to get around Zendesk/Zapier only watching a single ticket at a time, I can’t seam to work with a variable or see a way in which, the following is done. Every 10mins → Check for updates on tickets with category of “xxx” → Update Halo Is anyone aware of a better way this can be done?
How to retrieve e-mail address from MS Teams message
Hi,I have a Zap containing MS Teams as trigger and Sheets as action (with some additional formatting/filtering features which is irrelevant to this question). I’m monitoring a specific channel which works perfectly, only I want to use the e-mail address from the specific sender of a message within the channel (for action purposes).As far as I can see, only UserID and User name are objects, I can use in the actions retrieved from the MS Teams trigger, not the specific e-mail address attached to the users account.I tried to look up the e-mail from e.g. LastName in MS Office 365 and MS Exchange without success.How do I retrieve the senders e-mail address?Anyone with the same need and with a potential solution to this specific question? 🙂

Hello Everyone,Hoping we can get some guidance on where to start.In short, we are offering a free personality assessment through our website. Our intention is that people can use a Mailerlite form to enter their name + email address which will trigger a workflow/automation with an email that gives them a personalized code (which the master list can be housed either in GoogleSheets or Airtable, as we use both) - this code is then used to enter the personality assessment and is unique to only them.The integration we are looking for is that everytime a new name+email is entered, that the first email they receive from Mailerlite pulls from the GoogleSheet/Airtable master list and assigns a unique code with each email sent. We are unsure of how to start integration and where the unique code could “live” in the email workflow/template (perhaps a custom field?).Our first attempt was to create a WooCommerce product with variables, but that didn’t work.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Pull & Correlate multiple columns separated by comman
This is a bit of an odd one. I’ve done searching and so far have only come up with partial answers.Basically I have a spreadsheet with multiple columns, each comma separated, but all relating to the same row (in this case a row is a physical product, like a t-shirt). Sample data:Sizes: XS,S,M,L,XL,2XL,3XL,4XLPrices: $31.40,$31.40,$31.40,$31.40,$31.40,$33.40,$35.40,$36.40All of this data relates to one row, and creates an array of sizes & their relevant cost (e.g. XS is $31.40, 3XL is $35.40). It’s not hard to get just the sizes (I’m using a loop) but the problem is I’m not sure how I can correlate the data with the prices. The end goal is to be able to push the size and the price on the same step to a JSON endpoint (that part I have done).Here’s what I have so far:

We are setting a zap to categorized our new leads. Trigger is set as New lead. Then, we want the new lead to be added to a particular sendlane list based on the ads we are running. We are using a filter to classify the new lead. But when we are selecting a particular list on sendlane, we cannot see all the list created in Sendlane. What should we do?

Google Sheets to WordPress via lookup
I think Zapier can help me solve a problem, but I'm not sure what the solution would be. I have a WordPress website and I want to lookup a value on a Google Sheet and show it on the WP page. Eg. I have a google sheet with a column for email address and another for promo code. I put a text box on the Shopify website that allows the customer to input an email address. If they input an email address in the Email column of the Google sheet, I want to output the Promo Code from the Google Sheet on the WP page.Does anyone know if this is possible with Zapier?
Can't add Basecamp 3 users or collaborators using Zapier automation
Hi there, I am trying to automate the adding of users in our basecamp account to a project generated after submission of an airtable form. The users already have accounts but for some reason aren’t showing up (see attachment below). I have also tried finding the user id in a preliminary step, but when i try to invite via basecamp user id, it still doesnt work. Is there something I am missing here? Or does Basecamp not allow for the automated addition of full users (admin) and collaborators (standard users) to projects. This seems like a basic function that should be accounted for because creating projects and inviting the same people over and over can be tedious. Hope someone can get back to me! Thanks,

Hi,I’m looking for an automation to format one excel file to another excel layout.Here is what I envision:Excel file saved to OneDrive folder as the trigger Then that file’s data is mapped to a new excel file layout as the action and saved in different OneDrive folderBasically, Excel file with columns 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 automatically converted to an excel file with column 3 to column 1, column 2 to column 3, column 4 to column 7, etc.I have Zaps that trigger on different events adding rows to existing excel spreadsheets, but this is more of a mass, One sheet layout to Another layout.Thanks for any suggestions!!Scott
Wanting to remove @ from data.
Hi, I am gathering instagram handle’s from a googlesheet.Then using that handle to search in a trello board.However some people put the @ sign before their IG handle… like @harriethrose instead of just harriethrose.This causes issues in the zap finding the card in trello if the card doesn’t have an @ but the row in googlesheets does have an @.Is there a way to modify the data on the spreadsheet row + column to remove an @ sign?Thanks
I need a Toodledo task to be created whenever a task is assigned to me in Microsoft To Do.
I'm trying to connect MS ToDo tasks that are Assigned to Me to my existing Toodledo account. All I can find in the Zapier editor is connecting my MS ToDo tasks that I created to my ToodleDo. I need the link to be between tasks that were assigned to me in ToDo and my ToodleDo account.

Pull Podcast data into Mailchimp Campaign body
We use Bcast for our podcast publishing and would like to integrate this with Mailchimp so that every time a new episode is published it triggers an email to our database.I can establish this trigger just fine, however can anyone help me understand how to pull the data from the episode such as shownotes, podcast cover image and link to listen into the mailchimp email campaign body - does this require some form of code?Would save us SO many hours every week as currently we’re manually creating email out each week.Thanks!
How can emails in Email Parser by Zapier be re-sent through an updated/extra template?
Some emails came into my “Email Parser by Zapier” template but were poorly parsed due to an ill made template. I’ve corrected the template by creating a new and accurate extra template. How can I use my newest template and re-run the emails in my inbox for parsing using the new template without re-send them to my inbox again? Thanks
Organisational Zaps rather than individual accounts?
I’ve tested the BambooHR to Microsoft Outlook Zap, on the basis that when a new time off is approved, it creates an event in the calendar in Outlook.However that’s just for my BambooHR account to my Outlook profile. we have 180 employees in the company and i’d want to do that for everyone, creating the event in their individual calendars.Can I do that? How does that work with pricing/users?

I built a Zap for new slack channel notification using New Channel Trigger Event.I’d like to improve the Zap which notifies only when the new channel is public.But, I think New Channel Trigger Event doesn’t provide the information about the public status of the channel.Is there a way to know the public/private status of a slack channel?
