How to Pull Deal Information from HubSpot to Xero

Hi everyone,I am trying to integrate Hubspot with Xero using Zapier. What I want to happen is to automatically create an invoice (accounts receivable) when a deal in Hubspot is moved to a certain deal stage (e.g. Invoice Receive 2020-2021). I want to get the Email Address,  URL, Attachment, Number, Reference, Line Items Type, Item Code, Description, Unit Price, Discount %, Account, Tracking, and quantity that were inputted from Hubspot. These fields are causing error in my Action. Can you kindly help me with it?

How else can a local news organization bein

Hi everyone!I’m a journalist and organizer using Zapier to automate local news workflows in New Jersey and I’d love some help brainstorming additional ways to leverage automation to help meet the news and information needs of my community.The team at Zapier wrote a blog post summarizing how we’re using Zapier now.We’re upgrading from the 2k to 5k usage tier because we keep hitting our task limit at the end of the month. So I’ve got more than 2,500 tasks to spare! I’m a one-person operation, so I’m looking for stuff that helps me find, filter, or move info. Some questions I’m asking are:How can I use filtering and tagging to improve our website or create additional news products without much added effort? What can I do with my local government’s meetings RSS feed?  What kind of content can I template to automate a variety of Instragram posts?I’m really eager to hear what this community has to share! Zapier Trigger Issues with Invoice Ninja?

I’m trying to create a zap wherein when there’s a new row in my database, invoice ninja would create the invoice.My trigger apps are the following:MySQL (New Row) Filter (So that this will only create invoices for a specific customer) Invoice Ninja (Create Invoice) After I’ve set this up, I tried adding a new row but when I ran the zap it kept saying that it couldn’t find any new items even if there is a new row. There’s no error on zapier, and I’m definitely sure there is a new row inserted. Could this be an issue with Invoice Ninja? Have you guys ran into this problem before?

Google Forms/Sheets: Where has the "content" field gone?

I used to be able to grab the whole response out of a Google Form trigger, or at least grab the corresponding entire row in a Google Sheets.It was the content field. I used it as late as January 2021.One day, the content field has been replaced (without my knowing) in the action steps with “ Empty Placeholder: no data”, followed by each individual Field name paired with the value. No newline, no nothing.First of all, it’s quite impractical, but second, how will the Zap process any new field that would be added on the form, without going back and changing the Zap? Is there any way at all to loop over the fields and build a single text field? This is really throwing a wrench in my current and future zaps.

Unable to locate my Google Form spreadsheet

I’ve created a new Google form and connected it to a new spreadsheet where responses will be sent. But when I try to create a zap which is triggered on new response in the spreadsheet mentioned above, it is unable to find the spreadsheet (see image attached).  I’ve tried logging in and out of zapier and creating a different zap but nothing is working. I’ve never had this issue before and have made multiple zaps triggered by google forms. Please help!

Facebook Conversions not showing up in Ads Manager

Hi there, I have integrated my e-Commerce store with Facebook’s Conversion API using Zapier. Each time an order is made on my store (I’m using Konnektive as a CRM), I’m sending through a conversion event.When looking at my Events Manager in Facebook, I am seeing these conversion events come through, however they are not getting registered as purchases in the FB Ads Manager. One thing I see in Zapier is that there is an option to send through fbq and fbc parameters to identify events. However, these values are stored in cookies so in order to send them through I will need to access the cookies using Javascript and send them through as URL variables. Is this 100% necessary for the conversions to register in FB properly?

How to restore a previous zap version?

Hi, I was exploring 1 zap and by mistake after I click on the field Choose app &amp; event (as per below screenshot), I selected another type (Acuity) which completely replaced the previous setting. I have no idea what was selected before so I can’t redesign the zap again.And Zapier is built in a way thatIt automatically save any changes (no save button :S UX?) There is no way to revert the change you made just 1 sec agoWhat are the options to resolve this? Thanks a lot.

Hey guys - I cant seem to figure this out anywhere. How do I count the number of times a user has shown up in order to trigger a new flow (i.e. if a user shows up 1x send x message, if a user shows up 2x send y message?) really appreciate any thoughts.

receiving sms (Twilio?) and converting it to speech

I am looking for a zap, if it exists, that will solve this issue for me. I have users who cannot receive sms messages on their cellphones. They need to receive a certain sms with a verification code for remote login. I can set them up with a Twilio phone number for receiving sms, and would need a zap that would then take that sms and call the recipient and read the content of the sms (ie the verification code) to the recipient having converted the sms to speech.I have found the ability to forward sms, to convert to email, to convert email to text, but I havent found anything that converts sms to voice over a phone call.theoretically I could do a roundabout solution of converting to email and then to voice, but it seems more efficient and simpler f sms to speech already exists.Any ideas?

Hello!I'm new and I need help with a difficult task. I use an Airtable and do a multi-column search to match the trigger value.Each of the rows contains the cell with email address.The search result can be multiple rows. Questions:Is it possible to send emails to all the found email addresses? Is it possible to send emails only to few found addresses (randomly selected from all of them)?Is it possible to list all the found rows in the email body? I will be appreciated for any help
