Send subscription confirmation in HubSpot when student subscribes in System.io

Hi there,I would like to know what are the best triggers to send my confirmation of subscription from HubSpot when my students are subscribing to my course in system.io please ? I want to have the information of my contact in HubSpot, so I can create a workflow and track all the information there. Thank you in advance for your help.
