Hello, 

I have a small problem between Gravity Form and Sellsy with Zapier.

I can't understand, I made a zap that follows the answers of a prospect registration form on my website ( https://www.jaimemesdents.fr/contact/professionnel/ ). The answers to this form are then sent to Sellsy via a Zap.

In this form, there are simple conditions. We show this or that checkbox depending on the response to the radio button above. The checkboxes are absolutely identical except for the condition. However, in my Zap, the information retrieved is different (see these screenshots https://ibb.co/0s4jf6z and https://ibb.co/2yXWBH3). And since the answer received by the first screenshot (https://ibb.co/0s4jf6z) is not presented as a classic checkbox, it is not valid and it blocks the rest of my zap.

To make it work, I had to (temporarily) remove the checkboxes in question by radio buttons. However, this does not allow me to have all the necessary information in my contact files on Sellsy.

Have you ever encountered a similar problem? Do you have a solution?

As a workaround, you may need to create separate Zaps to handle the different conditions.

Zaps would have the same trigger, then Step 2 would be a Filter step: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

Then in 1 of the Zaps you may have to use a Formatter > Utilities > Text to Line items action step to turn the comma separated list into line items as you’re seeking.

I tried the filter step, as you told me, but unfortunately it doesn't work. The information is not reaching the intended slots in Sellsy. I am waiting for a response from Sellsy Support to help me solve this problem.
