Redmine and JIRA Service Desk integration

Two-way integration between JIRA Service Cloud and Redmine should be realized using two Zap workflows.

First ZAP WF: JIRA Service Desk to Redmine.

 

  How tickets form JIRA are created in Redmine? We have more projects on JIRA, we need to create JIRA task in particular projects (1:1) in Redmine. Project 1 in JIRA has paired Project 1 i Redmine, Project 2 in JIRA again Project 2 in Redmine. Than tickets from JIRA:Project 1 are created in Redmine Project 1, JIRA Project 2 in Redmine Project 2. Is this possible using Zapier?

Second ZAP WF: Redmine to JIRA Service Desk.

Tickets in Redmine should be then updated back in JIRA. 

 

Does anybody has experience with this settings?
