Is there a way to update/create Google sheet row that then creates events on different Google Calendars depending on the field in Google sheet???

Yes, you can use Filters or Paths in your Zap to achieve this.

Filter: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

Paths: https://zapier.com/apps/paths/integrations

NOTE: You’ll have to authenticated each GCal account if there are separate ones being used.
