Google Sheets update from webhook/form - update only cells if there is data in form
I have a Google Sheets table, with data, the first column is the ID.I have a website with a form, witha webhook.After form is submitted, webhook triggered.I lookup the “ID” with zapier from the Google Sheets table.Then I want to update only those cells which contain data from the form, but leave untouched with the original data the other cells. The table contains looooots of data and 500+ rows. Do you have an idea how to do this?
ShipStation fields automatically merged together
I am trying to link Shipstation to Google Doc, as show in the image. The options pull through perfectly. However when I look to action them to a google sheet, the names and values get merged together, you can see this in the second Image. Find and edit column in Google Sheet row
I am building a zap to find a specific column in a row and edit the text in that cell. I have the lookup setup perfectly. Now when I went to “update row” action for the next step it doesn’t allow me to choose what to update it with. Do I need to add another step to tell it what to update that row with?
Possible to publish Reddit posts at specific times using Excel?
New to this program and I’m wanting to make Reddit posts from an Excel spreadsheet that will post at specific times that will be noted in the spreadsheet. I don’t see a way to add this in the usual Excel > Reddit task. Is there a way to do this?

We want to create a module entry in Zoho CRM for different campaigns within a single list. In other words, we want to create different tasks using Zapier for different campaigns in a single list AWeber List. The task itself should be created in Zoho CRM. We will be using Zapier to achieve this outcome Used case:Aweber Email List 1 has four different campaigns. Scenario one:User A subscribes to a campaign one. Youcanbook.me appointment to edit deal in pipedrive
Hi, I have recently tried to make a Zap that works as follows. youcanbook.me appointment made Edit existing deal in pipedrive using the data from the youcanbook.me appointment. The first section of youcanbook.me is correct, its the bit where I want the new booking to trigger an edit of an existing deal. I am struggling to work out how to locate individual deals based on the name of the client from the youcanbook.me appointment. When I go to test the above, it says Deal not found, despite the fact I have put test deals in place to try work this out. Any help would be appreciated!
Does the 17hats “Updated Contact” trigger run for any change?
For the 17hats trigger event ‘Updated Contact’, what does it mean “triggers when an already existing contact is updated”? Does it literally mean that ANY change to the Contact record will trigger the event, such as Archiving the Contact record, or changing the Lead Type from Hot Lead to Cold Lead, or adding an email address?
Google Calendar trigger on only past items to create invoice in Xero
I’m looking to create Xero invoices from Google Calendar events.The existing workflow is to create an event and add a list of charges in the description - I believe I can do this action. Due to the nature of.. well.. ‘life’ events may be created, moved, cancelled and edited multiple times including but not necessarily the day of the event (ie “today”).I can’t use New Event or Updated Event for the trigger..as I don’t really want to create future invoices ( I noticed that in testing Zapier picked up a weekly re occurring calendar event as the test items.. with the three captured events in 2026?. So it looks like Google Calendar reoccurring events are inserted 5 years in advance(?) I don’t want five years of weekly invoices created .. nor ‘pay’ the processing cost each time one is modified as X years worth of weekly invoices are updated!If I use Event Ended then I can see issues, with say an early morning event that was cancelled or changed last minute but was not modified in that cale

Is there a way to sync the information from a Monday.com project to the assigned people totheir Google Calendar? What I need to do is make it to where the people (crew) assigned to a project get a calendar invite automatically. Most crucial info needed to be included is project name, date, location, crew and project manager.

Hi,I have a simple Zap that creates a new database item in Notion when a Typeform form is completed. I’d like to set up a Slack bot that posts how many new submissions there are on a daily basis (e.g. at 9 am everyday). I was initially trying to see if there’s a way to do this by looking at how often the Zap had run in a 24 hour period but can’t seem to access any Zap history in the Zap builder itself. Open to any suggestions on how I can do this!

Hello everybody!I'm using Teachable to sell courses and bundles, and Acrive Campaign as email marketing tool, and I would like to connect the two services.When a student enrolls in one of my courses or bundles, I'd like to add the relative tag in the respective contact of Active Campaign.Every course has a different tag, and the bundles have more than one tag.If there is no correspondance between the student email and the contacts in Active Campaign, the zap should send to me an email with some of the info of the student (name, email address, courses enrolled in).So, my questions are:Do you have any suggestions on how to build this zap? Does the Starter plan have the right features to do this, or it would be necessary an higher plan? How many tasks an automation like this would need?Thanks in advance for all the help Sergio
