I want to connect my Gmail emails with blank Google spreadsheet
Hi there,I want to connect my Gmail to Google Spreadsheet. I tried to use a recommended template, and managed to go within the wizard. But in the step “Connect Google Sheets” I had to choose “Which spreadsheet I’ll want to use”. Is there a way to choose none of my spreadsheet and just to choose a blank spreadsheet? I imagine that I will choose a blank spreadsheet, and Zapier will create the spreadsheet & fill in Sheet1 with the relevant headers for me. It’s just hard for me to anticipate all “recommended” columns to extract from my emails.Thanks!
Google Sheets update from webhook/form - update only cells if there is data in form
I have a Google Sheets table, with data, the first column is the ID.I have a website with a form, witha webhook.After form is submitted, webhook triggered.I lookup the “ID” with zapier from the Google Sheets table.Then I want to update only those cells which contain data from the form, but leave untouched with the original data the other cells. The table contains looooots of data and 500+ rows. Do you have an idea how to do this?

Client name not being added to Linked Contact field in Redtail CRM anymore
For over 1 year I have been using Calendly to allow my clients to schedule their appointments. It would then go through Zapier to my Redtail CRM. This would ad the appointment with clients name in the Linked Contact field which would then start a workflow for that client. Now I am being told Zapier cannot send the client name, or send it quick enough to populate the Linked Contact field. Why the change? This really puts a monkey wrench in my business. Is there any help anywhere?
Automate copying of website content to Trello
I often have a lot of tabs open in Chrome (on my Mac). I want to copy their full content to Trello. I use the Trello Web Clipper in Chrome to do this manually, choosing each time on each tab to add full content to Trello. I would like to automate this. Can Zapier do so for all the tabs in a given window of Chrome?
Create different Asana task based on selected products in Pipedrive
Hello,Im trying to make a Zap that will create different Asana task based on what products have been input on Pipedrive, triggering when the deal is won in pipedrive. Our sales team uses Pandadocs for our proposals and booking forms, which when completed go into the files section on Pipedrive. What I want to be able to do, is make the asana task(s), then attach any files from the files sections on pipedrive into it. Ive tested this on a number of completed deals and it works fine and the files get attached, but for some reason on some others, it just doesn't register the files at all in Pipedrive. For example it shows in the “Files file” object as null or even “null, null...” if the “File count” object is > 0Does anyone have any advice on why this might be the case and what I can do about it?
How to setup if a user purchases subscription via PayPal, add phone# to SimpleTexting
Hi there -- I am trying to set up a Zap that will do the following:When a user purchases a subscription from us via PayPal, add their phone number to a contact list in SimpleTexting and remove them from an existing contact list in SimpleTexting. For context about how we see this working: A user gives us their phone number for SMS but is not yet a customer. They are in a list called ‘Non-Customer’. However, if they do end up purchasing a subscription from us, we would like their contact info deleted from ‘Non-Customer’ list and added to ‘Customer’ list in Simple Texting.It appears both SimpleTexting and PayPal connections are set up right, but when I run through a test purchase, nothing happens in SimpleTexting.Zap is set up like so: When customer makes a purchase on PayPal, Add them to Customer list in SimpleTexting and Remove them from Non-Customer list in SimpleTexting. Any help would be appreciated as it is not working.
Zoom Webinar New Registrant zap doesn't fire when someone registers for the webinar recording
Hi! I have zaps set up to capture webinar registrants and send their information to Mailchimp. However, if someone registers after the webinar has happened, just to view the recording, the zap won’t send that registrant.I’d like for the “New Registrant in Zoom” trigger to include those who have registered for the recording… or at least for there to be a separate trigger for New Recording Registrant.
Test & Continue in Zap Editor shifts my "place" in the Zap
It’s hard to describe this behavior, but when I’m creating Zaps and I click Continue on a step, the browser jumps to lower down in the Zap, so I have to constantly scroll up to see the results of the test, for example. What I don’t like about it is that I can lose my place in the Zap if I’m not super focused. Perhaps this is a browser specific issue? Does anyone else have this issue? I’m using Chrome.

Hello friends -- I am currently reviewing the various GMAIL CRM integrations - poking around with Streak right now. I like the simplicity for ease of onboarding, etc. Of course I welcome any recommendations for what you believe is the very best GMAIl CRM that provides the most flexibility and functionality. My dream is to embed within a stage the suggested activities and their workflow -- in the case of a phone the scripts with the ability to capture into a data field the prospect’s response, and in the case of sms or social media interactions allow my agents to select the one they are using, and have the suggested copy available to be sent to the prospects or clients based on their replies. -- manually via copy and paste by the agent or ideally through an automated process. Importing orders from eBay to Xero with category
I already have a zap set up pulling in my orders from eBay which runs fine.Things have moved on and I want to track my sales by the type of order (we build arcade machines), so by cabinet type for example.To start with I have set up shop categories inside my ebay store. I’m not sure if this data is pulled through the eBay trigger or not though? It’s not showing on past zaps, but the data wasn’t there on those ones so I’m not sure if it just isnt passed or I just need to wait for another order to set it up?If the data is available it will be easy to just reuse that shop catergory data and simply put it into the tracking data (I named them identically).Any thoughts or better way of achieving the same result if the data isnt available would be greatly appreciated.
Why is my Gmail email text being automatically deleted?
Hello, I am trying to reply to some emails.The email reply contains text about loans, we are a finance company in Spain.Once I save the whole process the text with the email reply is deleted and I only get "Hello,".I just tried to insert another text from a tutorial and it doesn't delete it. Is there any filter that is deleting the content related to the loans? any solution?*This text can be misunderstood I am using DEEPL as a translator, thanks.
403 Error - Adding a file to OneDrive (business)
I get an 403 Forbidden - Error when I try to move a specific files (within an airtable attachement field) to a onedrive folder.I´m able to connect to onedrive to read files in the same folder, but I have no chance create a new one.Any ideas how to fix that?
