I have a virtual assistant type service where if I don’t pick up my phone, the call is re-directed to the virtual assistance. The VA then sends an email to me with the call details which is simply a template that is populated by the VA with the unique information of the caller. I have set up Zapier email parse and have the following process implemented: Email from VA -->Forwarded to Zapier Email Parse -->Zapier Zap pushes the information into Hubspot and creates a new contact. The only bit i’m missing is populating the Hubspot Contact Notes (Hubspot Contact > Activities > Notes section). What field should I be selecting for my Zap to populate this in Hubspot? I’ve tried a few and none of them work. Following fields working:Name Email address Telephone number Postcode Just need the Notes sections to be working and then this process would work perfectly for me.
How do I create a Sales Receipt in QuickBooks Online with SKU in the description when a Kajabi sale occurs?
Hi I am new to Zapier and loving the possibilities.I am trying to link Sales from Kajabi (uses Stripe) into QuickBooks Online creating a Sales Receipt.Note: Kajabi sales item does not match Quickbooks SKU. Actions taken: I have hooked up Kajabi and Quickbooks. I do get an Sales Receipt that is incomplete.Challenge: I am have trouble getting the Zap to put SKU data into the Description field on the Sales Receipt.I expect if this is done then QB will then generate the price, etc, as it does when I hand enter the SKU in the Sales Receipt. I have built a Lookup table Trying various options such as Kajabi ID name and Quickbooks Price and even the Kajabi name and the Quickbooks name hoping that I will get one perfect product zap and then I can make the others work. Zap Data: Please advise. I am frustrated on what to do next. THANK YOU!! Doshi
Hello, I am trying to have a trigger starting with a Stripe completed checkout session from a unique payment link. The payment link is connected to a product (a teachable course) in Stripe. When the checkout for that course is completed the action is to enroll the student into that course they selected (or the course listed as the product in the Stripe payment link). Right now, I complete the zap, but I cannot find a way to separate the zap to enroll in unique courses. I hope this makes sense and hope you can help me!Thank you!!

I need pass First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Company, and probably others. Is this possible to do using Zapier?See below image for what I can send to Zoho Backstage.Thanks!!

I am not sure where to start with the explanation of what I am trying to achieve, well here goes.I am setting up a website which has an option to push requests to listed service providers requesting registration of interest (RIO) from service providers for their task or project.I am hoping Zapier can be setup to email multiple recipients based on a category listed in a shared OneDrive Excel spreadsheet by using the category selected in a Fluent Form to look up the corresponding email addresses.Can this be done by setting up a Zap that connects your Fluent Form to your OneDrive Excel spreadsheet, and then to your email service provider. The Zap I guess is to be configured to check the category selected in the Fluent Form and use that information to look up the corresponding email addresses in the OneDrive Excel spreadsheet, and then send an email to those addresses with details of the project ROI .Thank you for any assistance.
We're using the Catch Hook In Webhooks by Zapier ZAP to automagically create a formatted article from an API, and publish the post in WordpressWe then1. Send that created post via Zapier to wordpress (we put it in pending review on wordpress) to get it ready to publish on my websiteI have linked YOAST integration with ZAPIERWhat's happening is there is no YOAST SEO meta fields integration. For my articles to be fully optimized I need the SEO to populate the YOAST SEO TITLE and the YOAST META DESCRIPTION fields. It would be nice if the “FOCUS KEYPHRASE” populated as well. I don't have that option when we use the "Catch Hook In Webhooks by Zapier --> Create Post In Worpdress ZAP"What are my next steps? I’ve paid Zapier for support but am receiving little to none other than to ask here.
Hi I have set up various ZAPs to connect to my Zoho CRM and they are all working. I’ve been trying to have my socials pull excerpts and other features to use as content in the post but it also ends up pulling html code. How can I pull the excerpts without the code being injected? Also looking to pull just the post title without all the urls and stuff after it. Pic attached
We are struggling to find a way to get the outcome we are hoping for in a zap but hoping that it is possible!We have zaps already set up to create an account and opportunity in salesforce based on a memberpress sign up taking place. What we'd like, is for a product to be added to the opportunity in salesforce, with a price that reflects the memberpress transaction. We have seen how to add the product in the zaps we've already created- after the opportunity is created we can then create the opportunity product to go with it, but because that zap is based on a memberpress signup, it doesn’t have the transaction information to draw on for the sales price. The sales price isn't necessarily set, e.g. a user might have a coupon code, so they pay a discounted rate in memberpress, and we'd like that to then be the sales price for the opportunity product. When we tried setting up a new zap based on the transaction, we couldn't then make sure we were attaching the product to the correct opportu
Hi, I need help trying to create a ZAP that will calculate and complete a specific date based on another date field. What I would like is a date field on a DEAL in Pipedrive to be filled automatically with a date 10 days prior to the reference date field, calculating this date automatically. I’m looking to create a zap that recognizes when a stripe subscriber moves from a cancelled to active state.This is so that I can show them as an active customer in activecampaign - for new customers I can use the “new subscription” status, but when someone was previously cancelled it does not register as new. How can I create a zap that only fires only when someone changes from cancelled to active?
Hello, I’m trying to feed product information from Stripe into Shipstation, but am unable to find any field within my Zap to collect product information from Stripe. I do not see an ability to choose product name, SKU, or product description as a field from Stripe. Am I missing something? Thanks!
Hi, I recently built out a Zap that takes information from a certain Google Sheet, looks up an opportunity record type in Salesforce, and then can push information from the Google sheet into that designated field. For a variety of weird an annoying reasons, the order of row details in the Google sheet will consistently change (daily) so adding a new row to push that information to SF will not work. Is there a way to build into the Zap some sort of check on the field I want to push the information to in Salesforce and only update that field if its blank or different from the google sheet value?
