Using the QuickBooks integration with Zapier has been very easy and effective for the most part! When I use the step to “Create Invoice” there is an option to control the ‘Message Displayed on Invoice’ or the ‘Message Displayed on Statement’ Unfortunately, neither of those are the field used as the email body when sending invoices. The action to “Send Invoice” does not pull in that message displayed on invoice, nor does it allow me to enter the message that should be seen as the email body when actually sending to the customer. Is there a way/where can I control that email content as part of this automation? I know I can set a default email message within QB directly, but that doesn’t work because we have three separate invoices that go out in our process. We want different wording to be used when the initial deposit invoice gets triggered, and again different for the other two subsequent emails that get triggered to go out automatically. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi everyone,Does Zapier have a way to access on-prem SQL servers? The current function expects a cloud-based SQL with direct IP connectivity but clearly that wouldn’t work for on-prem boxes.I am looking to a similar mechanics to what Azure/PowerBI does with on-prem database gateway (running on an on-prem VM of course) in order to tap into SQL servers which are not exposed to the public Internet.Any feedback and ideas will be appreciated. I know I can replicate on-prem tables to Azure Synapse Analytics and/or Azure SQL Data Warehouse and then hit it from Zapier using the stock SQL access function but that’s not the kind of workaround I am looking for :)Thank you everyone~B
Hello, I have been able to attach file to a Salesforce record using Zapier, but as Salesforce are moving away from the the Attachment record in favour of the Lightning Files Object, does any one have any experience in getting that to work. We use all Lighting screens where possible. If not I may have to move them over inside Salesforce using Flow, but that stops me from mailing a direct link to the file within the same Zap.

Hello everyone!I read the instructions and this community, but couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong...I want to create a new post in Worpress if there is a new one in Instagram.I connected zap to Instagram and Wordpress. But when I tested zap trigger - post in Wordpress is created normally, but it does not have a photo from instagram. I indicate in the Featured Media Media link, but in Wordpress this photo absent.So I have a question: How do I make a photo upload to this post as a post image?I tried to indicate in the Featured Media Media link but nothing happens. I tried creating another ZAP trigger - Upload Media in WordPress.In the File field I specify the Media Url, but an error is returned during testing: "The media could not be sent to WordPress.WordPress ran into an issue. Error code 500: Sorry, this file type is not allowed for security reasons."Please tell me what I'm doing wrong and how do I make that my created post in Wordpress was set to an image from instagram?
Hello! I’m tired, and I’m getting this error that I’ve never seen before when trying to use Google Sheets or Drive. The app returned "Shared drive not found: My Google Drive". Weirdly Google docs is working completely fine. Anyone got any ideas, or is this one for support? I can’t Google this any longer
Hi everyone, This one is a bit of my league and I have spent a lot of time looking through Google searches and striking out. I am running a Catch Hook from a system called Kissflow Digital Workplace (for anyone who uses it. It is sending the data to my Zap fine. Below is an example of the test data. It’s pretty easy I want to take where it says Bush, grab the file and send it to Google Drive. Anyone who could help would help solve what has been a 3 day long nonstop strikeout and I would be greatly-greatly appreciated!!!
I have a rest API that I use with my zap. All of my functions are POST’s that returns something like that, for exemple: response.setStatus(HttpServletResponse.SC_UNAUTHORIZED);return;This one returns a 401 status code as a response, but I still having error on my zap. Also the 200 code status give me the same error.
I’m trying to set up a Zap where I add a new row to Smartsheet, then a new document is created from a Google sheet template and the information is added to particular cells. If I were sending an entire row over it would be easy, but my issue is that I want to keep Smartsheet set up as a row/column system, and essentially fill in a form I have created using Google sheet with that information. At the end of each project, that form gets printed and signed by our company and the client. So the google sheet (form) really needs to maintain a professional face. I can’t just print a long row of information. So for every row, i would have a corresponding google sheet that is easier to read than a single row of information.I want to use Smartsheet because i can keep all of my projects organizes without flipping through the printed forms. Also Smartsheet allows me to set up date reminders so that I dont miss deadlines (which continues to happen when i just fill in the paper copy of the form.
I’d like to create a Zoom meeting with a password as an action. I can do this, but I would prefer not to hardcode a fixed password for every meeting that I create; I would rather generate a password for each new meeting.I don’t know the library of Zapier code-like actions very well, so if one of you knows off the top of your head, which tools are available to me to do this? Hello,I create the following ZAP:trigger: Card Move to list in trello action: Date Time => to format a date in my trello custom field (i.e start date) action: Date Time => to format a date in my trello custom field (i.e end date) action: Create Page Post in Facebook Pages => i select some field in my trello card to display as a post in facebookMy problem occur in step 4. I cannot find a way to get the image url that i put in one comment of my trello card. Anybody can help me?

So we're trying to connect Calendly and Pipedrive with Zapier, so whenever a new event is created, a person and a deal are added to Pipedrive. The problem we're having is that Calendly only trigger the zap when a new invitee is created but we have two different calendars and two different funnels, but in Zapier there’s no distinction between them, it just sees a new invitee and it goes to the first funnel. I'm trying to overcome this setting up a zap between Google Calendar and Pipedrive so whenever a new event is added I can create a person in Pipedrive but I am having trouble figuring out which field in the event created I can use to create the person, specifically the name and email of the person because when I’m trying to set things up, the options in Zapier includes name and emails of both people attneding the event, the creator/organizer (me) and the invitee (the person that I want to add to Pipedrive). Does anyone know anything about this or have you ever tried or have any tip

I signed up for the 14-day trial and when I go to create a new Zap the only options I see are to create or update a row in SQL Server but not copy table or query results or anything of that sort.Thank you!
How to create a Zap that sends a weekly report by email (need guidance in easiest way to extract weekly data)
Good Morning, I am new to Zapier (loving it) and trying to get some new zaps set up. I want to automate a weekly report that I send to one of my clients.I am clear on how to schedule the email from Zapier. I want to include the report data I gather in my Notes app during the week but can’t find a way to insert text data from there. I can only see an option to add an attachment but it would be a different attachment that I need to send each week.Is there a way to insert text data into the email body itself? I’m having an issue with this Zap set-up:Trigger: New Form Submission in LeadpagesAction: Add/Update Subscriber in MailchimpWhat I want to happen when someone submits the Leadpages form is for the user’s Groups to be completely cleared of all previous Groups (let’s say they were already in the “Ongoing” Group) and then added to this other Group instead (in this case, “Survey Opt-Ins”).Here’s what the setup in my current Zap looks like:What’s happening instead is that they’re just added to the new Group (Survey Opt-Ins) and REMAIN on the other group (Ongoing). Here’s what the back end of my Mailchimp setup looks like: Is the problem maybe that “Ongoing” isn’t in the same Group list as the Opt-Ins? If so, I feel like the solution is to add a whole new Action zap that ALSO removes them from the prior group. That feels silly.But, could you let me know if you see something I might be missing?
Hey, y’all!I have a Zap set up like so:Trigger: Invitee Created in Calendly Then: Create Row in Google Sheet (which sends the client’s info from the Calendly booking to a new row)One of the Calendly questions is an ability for the user to get text alerts send to their phone for the event, and Calendly automatically places an international calling code in front of the number (ex from the U.S.: +1 800 555-5555).Problem is, when that field is sent to my Google Sheet, it thinks it’s a formula (since it starts with +). So, it displays “!ERROR” in the field, instead of their phone number.Anyone know a way I can do a work-around, so that the phone number displays and not an error?Thank ya!
