So we're trying to connect Calendly and Pipedrive with Zapier, so whenever a new event is created, a person and a deal are added to Pipedrive. The problem we're having is that Calendly only trigger the zap when a new invitee is created but we have two different calendars and two different funnels, but in Zapier there’s no distinction between them, it just sees a new invitee and it goes to the first funnel. I'm trying to overcome this setting up a zap between Google Calendar and Pipedrive so whenever a new event is added I can create a person in Pipedrive but I am having trouble figuring out which field in the event created I can use to create the person, specifically the name and email of the person because when I’m trying to set things up, the options in Zapier includes name and emails of both people attneding the event, the creator/organizer (me) and the invitee (the person that I want to add to Pipedrive). Does anyone know anything about this or have you ever tried or have any tip
Hi All,I’m looking for a way to transfer data from Google BigQuery to an SQL Server database. Is that achievable with Zapier? I signed up for the 14-day trial and when I go to create a new Zap the only options I see are to create or update a row in SQL Server but not copy table or query results or anything of that sort.Thank you!
How to create a Zap that sends a weekly report by email (need guidance in easiest way to extract weekly data)
Good Morning, I am new to Zapier (loving it) and trying to get some new zaps set up. I want to automate a weekly report that I send to one of my clients.I am clear on how to schedule the email from Zapier. I want to include the report data I gather in my Notes app during the week but can’t find a way to insert text data from there. I can only see an option to add an attachment but it would be a different attachment that I need to send each week.Is there a way to insert text data into the email body itself? I’m having an issue with this Zap set-up:Trigger: New Form Submission in LeadpagesAction: Add/Update Subscriber in MailchimpWhat I want to happen when someone submits the Leadpages form is for the user’s Groups to be completely cleared of all previous Groups (let’s say they were already in the “Ongoing” Group) and then added to this other Group instead (in this case, “Survey Opt-Ins”).Here’s what the setup in my current Zap looks like:What’s happening instead is that they’re just added to the new Group (Survey Opt-Ins) and REMAIN on the other group (Ongoing). Here’s what the back end of my Mailchimp setup looks like: Is the problem maybe that “Ongoing” isn’t in the same Group list as the Opt-Ins? If so, I feel like the solution is to add a whole new Action zap that ALSO removes them from the prior group. That feels silly.But, could you let me know if you see something I might be missing?
Hey, y’all!I have a Zap set up like so:Trigger: Invitee Created in Calendly Then: Create Row in Google Sheet (which sends the client’s info from the Calendly booking to a new row)One of the Calendly questions is an ability for the user to get text alerts send to their phone for the event, and Calendly automatically places an international calling code in front of the number (ex from the U.S.: +1 800 555-5555).Problem is, when that field is sent to my Google Sheet, it thinks it’s a formula (since it starts with +). So, it displays “!ERROR” in the field, instead of their phone number.Anyone know a way I can do a work-around, so that the phone number displays and not an error?Thank ya!

Have leads setup to go round robin - email and then setting up twilio to text that lead. However, if the round robin is setup to email and no phone is placed in at that time, what would be the easiest way to either add phone into the round robin zap perform a match of the email selected to send lead to, match in a google sheet to it’s corresponding phone number and THEN send twilio text of lead. (whew) is there an easier way I am missing. The goal. Lead comes in => 5 people in round robin => email agent in line => text agent in line (same agent)
Hi there, I’m trying to create a zap where a new google sheet entry unsubscribes a contact from a list in Klaviyo. I’ve been able to set it up to search that contact and then I have an action to update that contact that was found. But I’m not sure how to indicate that contact is unsubscribed. Can anyone help?
I have a Zap in mind that requires use of the Jira Cloud search action on Key. That Key changes when a Jira ticket is moved to a different project, something that happens in my environment. I know that in Jira itself, when you search on an earlier key, the search returns the proper ticket - with the current key. My question is whether the search action in Zapier will do the same. I am itching to test but cannot just yet, so I thought I’d ask here in case anyone has tried this. Thanks in advance. Best regards,Alan
My goal is to trigger a Zap when a new user is created in my Stripe account.I want the zap to create a user in WooCommerce - I can do this part.But I want the WooCommerce user to be connected to the Stripe user - I can’t do this part. I assume its a meta data key, but I don’t know what the key name is.Can anyone help?
I am trying to enter data into Google Sheets, and have Zapier read new data entries from google sheets, and create a new customer in Profitwell. On a new spreadsheet, the first row of data (test Data) works and creates the customer, but after i turn it on, i turn the zap off to enter new data, then turn the zap back on and i get the following error: Subscription pws_yb5I7NEpXlQ3 already exists. All of the data is different (effective date, value, email) but formatted the same way. Each email is unique, each user alias is unique and it says that the subscription already exists. I have tried turning off the zap before adding new data. Tried multiple spreadsheets and data sets. The first entry always sends when the zap is first tested. After that i get that error. Any help is appreciated!

I have a simple Google sheet with a list of names and emails that I need to create Zoom webinar registrants from once they pay an invoice. The trigger is a payment in Quickbooks Online, and I will look up the Order ID and create a new Zoom registration for ALL rows that match the Order ID. I have tried using “Find Many Rows (with line item support)”, but the problem is the registrants are entered as a single registration with names separated by commas. For example in the table above the output would be:Kareem,Magic,DonovanAbdul Jabar,Johnson,Mitchellkareem@test.com,firstname.lastname@example.org,email@example.comI then tried using Line Item to Text utility (three times), which allows me to extract first name, last name and email separately, but when I try to use those for the Zoom registration I only get one entry. In the table above, for example, I would get Kareen Abdul Jabar registered properly but I need the action to register Kareem, Magic and Donovan, because they are all on the same order ID.Any
Hello! I’m currently trying to set up a zap that picks 3 different and random times from a list and sends them to another app. The way I set this up so far is I have 3 different “Pick from List” formatter steps, with each step pulling a different number (Since from what I can tell there isn’t an option to pick more than one random list item at a time). The issue I have is figuring out how to make sure that those three numbers are unique. For example, what’s stopping two of the three formatter steps from randomly choosing the same time? All help is appreciated, thanks!
I have a client who needs to automate communication between custom home builders and trades who bid on the custom home builder projects (after the home builder fills out the form with all the pertinent job information and checks off all the trades they need, we need these postings to be directly sent to the applicable trades in our contact list so they can bid). I’m assuming the workflow should look something like this:Either type form or google form is submitted by home builders with all applicable infomration (home builders will also check off boxes of the different trades they need, or potentially all of them) Submission information is pulled and put into Mailchimp campaign (the same campaign is sent out to all applicable trades) Send responses out to the applicable lists segmentsWe will be using Typeform or Google Sheets and Mailchimp, but definitely open to other suggestions if an easier workflow can be made!
When a new data comes in from Facebook, I link in to Google Sheets via Zapier. But somehow, the data is not entirely translated into my Google Sheets (i.e. there’s missing data such as names). From Google Sheets, I link to ClickSend and Google Contacts. But there’s missing data in Google Contacts. It’s a chain effect and all these are via Zapier.Hence, how do I solve this issue of missing data when I link FB to Google Sheets using Zapier?

Hi Zapier Community,As stated in the title, I’m looking to get an action to trigger after a year. To be accurate, I set up a learning quiz using LearnDash and I’m looking for a way to send an email a year after it gets successfully completed. Because LearnDash works well with Zapier, it would be convenient to find a way to solve my problem using it.Upon reading the documentation from this article, I understand that a delay can only be scheduled for up to a month in Zapier and I should look for another way to do what I want.However, if someone has an idea on how to bypass this or can recommend an alternative solution I would be grateful to hear it.
