Friends, There’s a Zap that posts in Facebook when we create an event in eventbrite. What we need the zap to do is 1. Posted by Zapier on to the Facebook page. It just dumps the text and paste as is. Not much options there to make it look nicer. I need to connect with the developer who did this and ask him to make few changes to look nicer.2. We want an event to be create in Facebook page when the event is created in eventbrite. There’s no Zap for that so far. The current Zap posts the event in Facebook .
Hey, I’m attempting to try and find a way to keep tickets updated between the two platforms? I.e. when an agent updates a public note, it gets synced and updated between the two platforms. However, I can’t seam to get around Zendesk/Zapier only watching a single ticket at a time, I can’t seam to work with a variable or see a way in which, the following is done. Every 10mins → Check for updates on tickets with category of “xxx” → Update Halo Is anyone aware of a better way this can be done?

Hello !I'm using a Zap to send an automatic message in Slack once a certain status is triggered in my Gsheet, i.e : Status which represent the status of my prospect engaged in my new outreach campaign. The problem is that this status has multiple item in my sheet but I only want to keep one item.More concretely I'm sending a message in Slack once a new campaign is launched.But one campaign means more contact in it.I just want to send one message per campaign instead of one message per new contacts enrolled in my campaign.My current filter is set on “only continue if” status = “campaign launched” … But in reality the most accurate filter would be something like “only continue if” status = “unique_count of campaign launched per company” … In the screenshot below, you can see that I get 3 messages because 3 new contacts has been enrolled in the same campaign, but I only want to keep one message.A kind of “Count_UNIQUE” filter … Any idea ?
@Troy Tessalone In previous posts, I saw your suggestion to use the Find or Create Record action for SalesForce to prevent creating duplicate records. However, this does not show up in my dropdown when picking an Event. I only see the Find OR Create in two separate actions. Please help!
I’m making a zap where users will send a message in Discord including a time. The zap is meant to find that time and create a calendar event based on it. The only issue is that it’s hard to get people to use the exact correct time format to match the pattern I put in with Python Regex. This is what I currently have to match this format (00:00PM): \d\d:\d\d\w\w I’d like to have this search for multiple patterns: \d\d:\d\d\w\w OR \d:\d\d\w\w OR \d\d:\d\d\s\w\w OR \d\d:\d\d\s\w\w but it doesn’t seem the OR command is working. I would like to know if this is possible and if not, is there a workaround? Thanks!
Hi, I am gathering instagram handle’s from a googlesheet.Then using that handle to search in a trello board.However some people put the @ sign before their IG handle… like @harriethrose instead of just harriethrose.This causes issues in the zap finding the card in trello if the card doesn’t have an @ but the row in googlesheets does have an @.Is there a way to modify the data on the spreadsheet row + column to remove an @ sign?Thanks
Is there any possible Solution for getting the content of the comments of a finished to-do? (My Trigger in Zapier is the fininishing of a specific to-do which is working). Im only getting a “count”(ammount of comments) and a json. URL of the comments. The Trigger “new comment” gets the content of the comment why cant the Trigger “finished a to do/activity” do the same / is there any way to do this?

I’m a newbie and I’m setting up a zap that will come from google sheets go to an email verify program Quick email verification. Then post to a crm. Assuming the email is an invalid email I want all information to post to the crm except the email field. Is there a step or action that I have to take prior to the post action to make sure this happens. Currently I have trigger step: google sheet; action: verify email; action post. It is currently posting all emails even if they are wrong.
Hi there, I am trying to add prospects (contacts and/or accounts, might need both) from Pipedrive that are in a specific point in the sales funnel (and further) to a blacklist in Apollo to not reach out to them again.I have understood that there is no sequencing integration for Apollo with Zapier at this moment, but that there is a list for people to be added to, in order to be informed about news - please add me to that, if possible! However, I wanted to understand, if it is possible to add contacts and/or accounts to a specific list in Apollo via Zapier, yet. If yes, I’d politely like to ask for help about that, because I can’t really figure out how that would work, as I have not yet seen any field that is about “lists”.

What are best practices for avoiding cycles (aka loops or boomerang effect) in Zapier integrations?For illustration purposes I’m going to share scenarios related to two task / issue tracking systems.Scenario 1:Status is changed on a ticket in in System B and needs to be propagated to System A. When the integration updates System A an update has occurred and might trigger a task that would update the original ticket in System B, resulting in a cycle.This scenario seems to have a simple way to avoid the cycle, see that the status in System B already is the same as System A and don’t perform the update.Scenario 2: A comment is added to a ticket in System A and needs to be added to the corresponding ticket in System B. When the integration updates the record in System A that triggers the integration to update the corresponding record in System B.Since comments are additive, the naive approach is just to add the comment to System B. This would result in a cycle repeatedly adding the commen
Someone told me I could use Zapier to automate this task. I attempted, but quickly got lost. I have an Airtable tab that has one column for Event, another column for team names (separated by commas) and a third column for member emails (separated by commas). I think I can figure it out if the record has only one name and email in it, but not sure how to navigate with multiple information. Can Zapier be configured to look in specific columns and create new lines for each email (separate them itself)? Will I need another Zapier to first convert AT to Sheets, then from Sheets to MailChimp? I am trying to create a zap that will post an Intercom conversation transcript as a note in the relevant Pipedrive deal.So say we have a conversation with a customer in Intercom and the conversation gets closed. I am working on setting up what should be a simple zap, but I’m running into a really frustrating issue. What I need to do is send data from a Google Sheet and have that data populate a form in Zengine. The zap should look like this: Trigger: New or updated record in Google Sheet Find Record in Zengine (using a data field from the Google Sheet) Update Record in ZengineWhere I’m running into issues is with step 2. I need to locate the record based upon a project ID, which is a number field. When I try to enter that, I only get 2 options for number fields: The problem with this is that I need a search condition that will allow me to search for a number that matches exactly. Using < or > is never going to work for this. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to force Zapier to search for the exact record or find a workaround. Thoughts?
HiWhat I want to try and do is have posts from a go live channel, posted by streamcord, to be tweeted. I would like the whole post to be copied and tweeted as this is for a team and the ulr of the streamer will be different each time so i cannot make a generic response. So streamcord posts a go live, the zap then picks up that post and tweets it for me.Is this possible?Thank youNox
