I’m hoping someone can help with the following integration i’m looking to implement. Essentially, we use Connectwise Manage as our main CRM, however we are now using Pipedrive to manage our Sales engagements.
What we are looking to achieve is to mirror the contacts and organisation details in both CRM’s by faking a two way sync. Some scenarios:
- If a contact or company is created in pipedrive, create it in Connectwise, but find if the company or contact exists first, then create them if not already there.
- If a contact or organisation is created in Connectwise, create the records in Pipedrive, and allow for a search first to ensure no duplicates.
- And for any updated record in either CRM to then be reflected in the other CRM.
Is there a simple way this can be achieved in the smallest amount of steps?
