Firebase - new app user, trigger a welcome email

Hi,

I would like to send a welcome email when someone creates an account with our app (stored on Firebase). We use Tidio and Omnisend for email marketing. 

We would also like to add the new app user to a mailing list on these email marketing programs. 

Is this possible with Zapier?
