Redtail and Schedule Once -- mobile number not populating incorrectly

I integrate Schedule Once with Redtail and in early 2021 pushing a phone number or email to Redtail was not an option. Now it is which is awesome. The problem is, the number does not come through correctly to Redtail. It usually shows up as “0 1”

When the number is entered into Schedule Once it seems correct. It transfers to my calendar just fine. But when I look for it in Redtail, it is not populating correctly.

Hi @eddym

Try formatting the phone number using a Formatter > Numbers > Format Phone Number step: https://zapier.com/help/create/format/get-started-with-formatter#all-number-transformations

Many apps expect the phone number to be sent in a specific format.

For example, 10-digits only.

Hi @eddym

Please post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured, thanks.

Providing a specific example is helpful as well.

First screenshot is of setup in Zapier

Second screenshot is how data arrived to Redtail.

Not sure if it is the field data from Schedule Once, zapier, or Redtail. Thanks for checking.

There are two other fields from Schedule Once that I could test but it doesn’t seem like that would be the issue.
