Adding a pdf from dropbox to an outlook email.

What Dropbox action are you doing in the Zap?

Make sure the Dropbox action step is Find File.

ALT: If you already know the link to the file, you may not need the Dropbox action step.

Hi Troy,

I’m doing a Find File in Dropbox action. We tried this with a direct link but the link only resolved as a txt file in the email being sent.

Check the file permissions and make sure it’s a publicly accessible file.

Hi Troy,

I think it is set for public access.

What about the file permissions?

The screenshot shows folder permissions.
