I want to update one existing field in Airtable to Hubspot. Please let me know how to do this.

Just wanted to add here that it could be possible to achieve the desired workflow using Airtable’s New or Updated Record trigger. That trigger would be able to see when a new record is has been added, or an existing record in Airtable has been changed.

Then you’d use a HubSpot search action to search for the existing record in Hubspot to be updated. The exact action you’d want to use would depend on the type of record that needs to be updated (contact, Company, Deal etc). The search actions for HubSpot will also have the ability to create one in HubSpot if an existing one isn’t found.

You’d then follow the search action up with another HubSpot action to update the record that was found or created by the previous search step.

More about how to work with search steps can be found here: Search for existing data in Zaps :)

Hi @AmritaMuduli

Can you please provide more details about the desired workflow you are trying to automate?

Check the available triggers/actions/searches for these apps:

Airtable: https://zapier.com/apps/airtable/integrations#triggers-and-actions

HubSpot: https://zapier.com/apps/hubspot/integrations#triggers-and-actions

There is an existing record in Airtable, I want to copy over a column in Hubspot. Basically for all the existing record and new record, it needs to be updated in Hubspot.
