I’m trying to set up a zap that runs from a Facebook ad, to send an email to my clients that includes a pdf attachment, which is saved in dropbox.

So far, the recipients are just getting a txt file in the email, instead of the PDF attachment.

I have set up the following as part of the zap:

What Dropbox action are you doing in the Zap?

Make sure the Dropbox action step is Find File.

ALT: If you already know the link to the file, you may not need the Dropbox action step.

Check the file permissions and make sure it’s a publicly accessible file.
