Is there a way to parse or pass details from a gmail email message to a detailed calendar Item for the Start and End Time of the event? I’ve quickly tried and it seems that those seem to be the case.I am looking to pass that info from the body of the emai. Similarly is there anyway to pass the details of an emails body to the the calendar events description of the celndar event? Thanks
I have a zap set up to take new RegFox registrants and add them to Zoom meetings as registrants. This feature is spectacular.This worked smoothly for registration pages with only one event - but I have registration pages that might have multiple selections for different workshops. Is there anyway to do a zap that adds a zoom registrant based on a RegFox page selection? Example:https://continuingeducationuwp.regfox.com/leadership-workshop-series-spring-21Registrant can sign up for 1-3 of these workshops at once -- each having its own corresponding zoom meeting
Hi Expert, it is amazing to have Zapier automation, but it just think of my case but don’t know how to handling the flow, so i would like to seek your idea on itMy flow:scheduled to update every 12 hours, twice a day i have a google spreadsheet which store up the product information, including name, sku, price, etc. let say i have 100 row existing now when time arrival, i would like to compare the existing spreadsheet VS last spreadsheet 12 hours before. So if i have 15 rows added during previous 12 hours then i will use line itemizer to store up the data. Finally create the new item in quickbooks online.i am very new to zapier, i believe i can do it but it seems that it is too difficult for me even i dont know the right sequence and logic, can you please give me some idea on handling the flow, thanks!!
Hey all! I’m needing to: automate the creation of a folder on Google Drive, then once that folder is created, create a new subfolder inside of it. Example: RootDrive/ ClientFolder /ProjectFolderWhere I’m stuck: I can create the parent (client) folder, but once I do that, I’m not sure how create a subfolder inside of it. Bonus: Is there a way to copy a folder template and have that pasted in place? Thanks!
I created a Zap with several steps that uses the apps WooCommerce, Zoho CRM and Bexio. After the zap was doing its job without any problems it stopped working and I got the error message: Error turning Zap on: You don't have access to the "" app anymore.I already checked the connection to all of those apps, all did work well. How can I fix the problem? Thanks again for help!
Hi all, Relatively new to Zapier and am struggling with this one. I’d like to perform a Zap on google calendar. However, I’d like the Zap to run only if this event is marked as “busy” on my calendar. However, when I pull a TEST EVENT into Zapier, I see many variable, but I don’t see the free/busy state among the variables that are getting pulled in (see below). Am I missing something, or is the free/busy state just something that Zapier can not get from google calendar? Hello !I am a beginner at Zapier.I thought I’d manage to create my first zap easily, but it seems not.. here is my issue : i have created a contract template on esignature.io. in this template, i used place holders, so that i can reuse this template for different clients.Once i closed a client, i want to create a new task in clickup, with the culumns being the differents place holders that need to be filled in the contract.Once the task is created (the trigger), i want zapier to create a contract based on template and fill the place holders with the data in the task on clickup.I have found a place in my Zap asking me about place holders, but i cannot assign one column to one specific place holder...
Hello all,I’m working on behalf of a client who have some Zaps set up which are integrating with things like Google Drive and Google Spreadsheets, Asana etc. They are currently in the process of moving to a new domain. My question is if the primary domain is changed in their Google Workspace is changed (and therefore their email domain) but aliases are created of their old accounts, will the integrations be broken?Thanks,Zach

Hello everyone!I’m using Google analytics measurement to create custome events.The problem is that when I look at the event in Google Analytics I have the field "Page" = (not set) and the field "Full Referrer" = (direct) and they are both wrong.Now I have two questions:To provide the field "Full Referrer" I suppose I have to set a value for the parameter "Document Referrer" in the Measurement. Right? (see attached image) I tried that, but I still see “direct” ad a Referrer. To provide the field "Page" I suppose I have to set a value for the parameter "Document location URL" in the Measurement (see official documentation). The problem is that in the list of parameters that Zapier shows me for a Measurement I don't see "Document location URL". How can I fix that?Thanks in advance
Hi, we have a zap that takes data from google sheets and creates a new item on Monday.com. I was wondering if there is a way to create conversation entries as well ? We want to take certain fields and have them as conversation entries rather then being stored in a field on Monday. Below is an image that shows what I’m referring to. Hello, I am trying to upload a video from Zoom to Vimeo, but to a specific folder. We got several videos per day and i don’t want them to pollute Vimeo main view, I have a separate folders for them. I haven’t seen that option in the Vimeo actions, nor i have an other idea how to achieve this… Anybody? Thanks!
I’ve created a set of a couple dozen zaps that work to automate our project management process. What I’m wondering is if there’s a way to automate documenting those zaps. I would assume that zaps are stored simply as nested arrays of steps and configuration for each step. If there’s a way to access those step/config arrays, I could automate the documentation of each zap in our confluence instance.
I wish to tweet all the photos sent to a discord channel, and then add the users that posted the photo in discord channels names onto the tweet, so for example my name is Will; if i send a photo to the discord channel, it will automatically post this and the text will read “Will” similarly if my other friends were to post it would read their names, can someone help me set this up please, thanks
HiI am relatively new to Zapier. We have a data source in our first step that includes what looks like a multidimensional array data structure called ‘properties’ All fine so far.However when we try extract this data for inclusion in a CRM database in step 3, this properties variable is combined into a comma separated string (see below) and we are unable to split the values open to use in different fields.
