Affinity - add person to organization

Question

Hi all,

I’m working on an automation that will add form submissions into affinity. The submissions always include a person and an organization. I have no trouble with creating an organization, adding it to a list etc. I can also create a person from the form data, but I can’t seem to find a way to add that person to the created organization. I tried using the “Update entity” Zap, but it only allows me to edit the person’s job title, phone number, LinkedIn URL etc. There seems to be no option to add the person to an organization. Conversely, there is no option to add people when updating an organization entity.

Is such an automation possible? Am I just making a mistake? Thanks in advance to everyone.

Hi @maxklimesWelcome to the Community!Thanks for your interest in Zapier.Specifically, you'd like to be able to associate a person with an existing organization in Affinity. However, this isn’t possible now but looking at our records, we currently have a feature request open for the person to be associated with an organization. I'm happy to add you to this request, and should the team ever add support for this feature, we'll be sure to send you an email to let you know.
