Populating a Docusign Form Template with Woocommerce Checkout Data?

Hi all--I've successfully enabled a zap that triggers a signature request in Docusign on certain Woocommerce transactions, which is working well. What I'd love to do is to populate more of the form fields on the Docusign template with data from the Woocommerce checkout transaction so the customer doesn't have to enter their information twice. Can anyone point me in the right direction for that? Would I need to capture the contents of the checkout fields first in some sort of intermediary document and then pass that to Docusign as a new template, then request signature? That seems klunky, but it might work.Thanks in advance for any ideas you may have.--jag

I am not using Zapier for a long time and I am wondering, is it normal that I have to reconnect Manychat app to Zapier? This is already my fourth time I have to reconnect and that would say that If I am not aware of that, my zaps are not running.If I am wrong, please let me know.I appreciate any help from anybody.

I tried connecting to a clients Clickfunnels to process a zap and I couldn't do so as a sub user. I think it's because I'm actually logged into my Clickfunnels. Is there another way, aside from asking the owner for the login details?

Hello,I am trying to create a Zap which will check if a technician is assigned to a Jira ticket, after x amount of time. I've got the logic down, but it seems like the Zap only retrieves data from Jira upon ticket creation. It does not look to refresh the data after the time delay, and relies on the original data provided.Is there a way to get Zapier to update the data from the ticket before making the filtered evaluation? Hi there,I am trying to follow up with an external sales team through email after an event ends. We do NOT share a CRM which has complicated this.Here's what I thought I could do Zap 1:Call center uses airtable form with lead informationZapier creates a google event with relevant lead information in itI manually add a closer based off location and availabilityZap 2After google event ends, zapier sends an email to the closers email asking how the proposal wentThe issue here is that if I create an event with two guests (lead and closer), I can't send an email to ONLY the closer.If I could make a custom property titled closer, I could, but that doesnt seem possible with Google Calendar.Just typing this out, has made me think of a less than ideal situation where I create two google events, one for the closer and one for the lead, though I'd rather not do that.Any ideas on how I can do this?Also I use Pipedrive CRM for myself if there were a way to create a follow up after an

Shopify with Customer.io integration issue

Hi everyone, 🧞‍♂️In my company, we use Shopify to sell some items and we have our regular site to sell other items.We use customer.io as our CRM tool.We want to integrate Shopify with customer.io.The trigger should be that whenever a customer makes a purchase on Shopify, it either updates the customer info in customer.io (or creates a new one if inexistent).Where we're struggling is that, the customer ID we have in customer.io and shopify will never match, therefore, it will always create a new customer and never update an existing one.The customer ID is the required field. If email was the required field and the one we could use to match, that would solve our issue.Has anyone experienced this? Any workarounds?Thanks!!🔮

Setting Up Connection to GitHub

I'm trying to connect GitHub to Trello and Zapier is not recognizing my GitHub repo. It validates when i add it to My Apps, but when i try to test it in the Zap, it doesn't show the repos that I have and the connection test fails. I've e-mailed Zapier to ask for help, but I'm in the middle of my free trial so I'm not a priority (which doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling about them, BTW). Anyone who can let me know what I need to provide to the program so I can get this running?

Hello,Has anyone used Zapier to integrate FreshDesk and Service Now? We have a customer who uses Service now and we use freshdesk, They want to automate tickets from Freshdesk to Service Now. Do all Freshdesk new created tickets need to be created in Zapier for this to work or can someone create a ticket in Freshdesk that will feed to Service now through Zapier? If so, what's the best practice on getting the parameters and fields in freshdesk to correctly fill and match the corresponding fields in Service now? Thank you.

Generate Google Sheet from Custom Fields in Clickup tasks

Hi, at work we use Clickup as a project management tool where a task is defined as a project. Had to do it that way to be able to use custom fields and be able to view all tasks/project in a specific way all together.But, we need to be able to report on some of these fields to other departments in a easy way, and the export functionality in Clickup itself is very limited. So I have set up a Google Sheet for this and I've tested Zapier for and it works as intended as it is generating a new row in the sheet when we are adding a new task/project in Clickup. However I am struggling big time with showing the custom fields as separate columns/cells in the Google Sheet. In a typical project we have 6-7 custom fields with for instance dropdowns to define the project type, various dates (including due date, but that one isn't a problem) and a field for commentaries.All of these fields are gathered together to the Google Sheet as two cells; one for the defined data of that custom field

Twitter to Discord URL not posting right

Hello new guy here. I'm trying to set up something so when a specific twitter user sends out a message it gets posted in a discord channel. The issue I'm having is when the tweet URL gets posted to discord it's not one whole link there seems to be a paragraph being added in the middle of the URL. We have a video on our thank you page after someone opts in, and we need to get update their contact record if they watch the video for at least 15 minutes. What would be the workflow to achieve that? We have both a FB pixel and Google Analytics

Modify the "Send From" in Zap with Gmail

Hi, I run Facebook ads for local businesses and use Zaps to help automate some of the tasks for my clients. In setting up an automatic email to send from Gmail, I want to modify the "From" field to come from the company and not from my persona Gmail. Right now, emails say From: tyler.zanini@gmail.com and I want them to be From the company.Any idea if this is possible?Thanks!

Hi Guys,So I am trying to get Jotform to send submission data into PipeDrive CRM I've gotten almost all the fields to work except for a Multi Select list... I know it's mapped correctly as I can see the correct responses when I click on it... I've tried everything it just won't capture this multi select list?? Hi,I'm trying to set up a zap between Stripe and Mailchimp and I'm wondering if it's possible to do the trigger based on only specific charges. I.e. I don't want all paying customers in Stripe to go through to the Mailchimp mailing list - only a certain number of them, which is based on a 'custom value' found in the Stripe description field.Is it possible to set up this custom trigger?

webhook to mailchimp

I have a webhook set up with my website that is hosted/run by Vimeo OTT. The goal is to pull the new subscriber info from my site and send the info to Mailchimp. I'm not sure the zap is working and I continue to get the same error message about a missing address. The data from the webhook doesn't contain the address, but apparently Mailchimp requires it? I'd love any advice or help troubleshooting.

I'm trying to find a way to automatically update customers on the progress of their job as it moves through our Trello board.An example of what I would like to have happen is if I move a job card to "In Production" the customer receives an e-mail updating them that their job is being worked on.I was thinking that creating a Trello comment in the job card with just the customer's e-mail might work but I'm not sure since the triggers and results are a bit confusing to me.

Google sheets to docs - issues with template

Hi all, first time poster here and relatively new user. I've recently set up a initial appointment form for my partners business and been working on a template that works with zapier so that the data that is pushed into Google Sheets from Forms turns into a document for that client. I have it all working, but have one issue. If a field is not mandatory in the form, and is subsequently left blank, when the template document is filled, it ends up with: {{examplefield}} instead of a blank field. Let's say the form has a required question "Have you been in a vehicle accident or suffered from a serious injury?" Followed by an optional "If yes..., please provide information.." type question. If this question is left blank, the document produced by zapier will show {{ifyes..}} My workaround has been to reword all optional questions and make them all mandatory, but maybe there is an option so that if a field has no data, it just remains blank? Thank you in advance
