Hi there!We are having the issue with proper channel tracking GA for our app installs. We can track app.shopify.com domain but we can't track the myshopify.com domain where they go through the login process for their shopify store to install the app, etc... then when it comes back to our GA, they are a new session, direct session, losing all previous tracking and channel attribution.So there are 3 ways.1. Our app page on app.shopify.com and we can add three track id from:Google analytics codeGoogle remarketing codeFacebook PixelAdroll retargeting code2.The myshopify.com domain - admin panel and we can’t do anything there.3. An Iframe with our app where we can add whatever needs including API (it’s Zapier’s advice but actually I didn’t get what options it can give us)Thanks for the future reply!
I have a Zap from Clickfunnels to SalesForce and I need it to do a query before creating a new contact. How do I set this up? For instance, I can push contact through to Salesforce just fine - but, if I already have that contact in Salesforce it doesn’t update that contact but rather creates a new contact which dupliactes the existing contact. Is there a way around this?
HelloI am a volunteer for a food relief nonprofit and want to keep track of the donation we recieve.I can easily create a line for donors and their donations. But I want to avoid duplicting the same donor each time that person do a new donation.Is their a way to find a person in google sheet and if the person existe create a new column in order to add the new donation on that person’s line?We aso use Hubspot so maybe their is something to do there?Thanks for your helpStan

Hello,I have this usecase that I can’t seem to figure out.We have a google sheet with client names, slack channel id, and communication schedule. Each day using zapier scheduler as the trigger, we have a specific day message that we sent out to each client specific channel ID and tagging the client slack user IDs. Instead of creating a slack step for each client and entering the message. We want to pull message from google sheets so when communication message changes/updates, we just update it once in the sheet and it will push correctly to all client channels.The other issue is being able to use google sheets to run the entire list of clients so that it fires the template message in each client slack channel. I’m not familiar with zapier code and zapier formater but I image a combination of this plus structuring my data so google sheets can run a lookup or find event will solve my issue. Question about Zapier & InfusionsoftWe need to integrate Thinkific and Infusionsoft and exploring Zapier.Currently when Thinkific moves a contact into Infusionsoft (through the Thinkific standard integration setup), if there are multiple contacts with the same email address in Infusionsoft, Thinkific find a contact with the same email address and simply overrides that contact info in Infusionsoft with the new contact info coming in from Thinkific.Even if the first name is different.We need to set set it up so that it checks the email AND first name, and:If it finds a match, it can link/over-ride that contact in Infusionsoft if it does NOT find a match, it creates a new contact (with the same email address but different first name) inside InfusionsoftWe do not use Zapier yet, but was wanting to understand if it is possible to manage this level of detail within a Zapier “Zap” or not?Thanks LikeComment

Ever time I try to set up my Microsoft To-Do, to link an event/reminder in my Outlook and Gmail clander(or anything else with it for that matter) I am prompted to sign up for a premium account. I only want to create a couple of personal zaps, and I am trying to figure out why I can't do this with Microsoft To-do on a free subscription.
So we have synced our new sign ups e-mail using Zapier. Whenever a new user fills in the form, and submits it, we get an e-mail. Have created a zap for it. Our sign up form includes an ID option. At times people sign up, and add the ID to their form later. In this scenario, we get no information or update. Have to manually check the airtable sheet to see if the ID has been added. Is there a way to automate it using zapier? Whenever a user updates their entry, we get a e-mail using zapier that the data has been updated? Thanks!
If I initiated Zapier with Xero through our finance department’s account, once the setup was complete, do you know if I’d then be able to play around with the Xero-Asana integrations through my own Xero account?The issue I am having is that my Xero account does not have the right access to allow Zapier to access our information.
I am setting up my Zap from Gravity forms to Nutshell person set up.I had it all synced last night with some of the custom fields and came back this morning to link all remaining custom fields, and it keeps coming up with the error message - This person could not be sent to Nutshell - Invalid Choice "YES" I am in australia so hard to get phone support and want this sorted asap. Any help would be appreciated.
Our company has a corporate gsuite Gmail account “office@…” we require a copy of all outgoing message from the sales people accounts (mike@, john@, etc...) to be forwarded to the corporate account. I cannot find a trigger (which would be pressing the “send” button) to do this.BTW, Gmail does not allow forwarding outgoing messages by means of a filter… only incoming messages.Thanks
Hi all - i’ve just created a zap between linkedin lead forms and pardot. The flow looks like this: When This Happens: Submission of Linkedin Lead Gen formDo This 1: Find Prospect in Pardot (and create one if none exists)Do This 2: Update Prospect in Pardot (finds the recently created prospect via Lead ID found in “Do This 1” step) with lead score of “5” The issue is if it’s an existing prospect, it changes the total lead score to 5 instead of ADDING 5. Is there anyway I can have the zap increment the lead score by 5? Or is there another workaround? thankspawan
Hello, I am trying to create a new Excel spreadsheet every time an event is created in Eventbrite, and then when anyone registers, have them be added to the spreadsheet that matches the event’s name. Currently, I can do these separate.Everytime I create an event, excel creates a spreadsheet. Once the event is created, I connect the event with the spreadsheet, so when someone registers, they are added to that spreadsheet. I am trying to combine the tasks above so I don’t have to keep connecting events with spreadsheets everytime we have a new event. Below is the error I am getting. I currently have the spreadsheet created and trying to connect a new registration with the new event. Notice I am using the name of the event from EventBrite in the “Spreadsheet” name as data is being pulled from anyone who registered from any event. I added the .xlsx because the file name would be the same.
I am an affiliate generating leads for a client using Infusionsoft. I need to add myself as an Affiliate Partner in infusionsoft (Action) when i generate a new lead (trigger). The trigger part is simple. Hello everyone, I already created a zap that emails someone when a Trello card is moved to a certain list. The card is formatted like this:Title: anythingDescription: message that should be emailedComment: email address that the message should be sent to The problem is that I want to remove the address from the card comments and have Zapier search for it in a Google Sheet. I was thinking of setting the card title like “Client X” and then Zapier searches for “Client X” in the first column and gets the email address from the corresponding cell in the second column. Is it possible to do this? I hope that I made myself clear, sorry for any English mistakes. Thanks!
