I’m sending pictures uploaded to Contact Form 7 to Outlook to save the attachments in Google Drive. Contact Form 7 not available in Zapier. When I choose Outlook as the Trigger, it’s going to run the zap on every new Email. I only want the ones with a particular subject line. Any way to do that?
Hiya, I created a zap to trigger an email sequence in flodesk when someone registers for my webinar in easy webinar. The zap appears to be working but the email sequence doesn’t get triggered and no subscriber is added. I’m lost with why. I don’t know at what end the mistake is. Easy webinar? Flodesk or zapier? Does anyone have a similar experience?
Our CMS generates an email whenever a new article is created, and I’m trying to build a Zap so that the emails can be forwarded and used to create records in an Airtable. The emails are fairly regular but the data is not fielded. One thing I need to do is to be able to parse out the ID number from https://domain.com/drafts/143408/invitations/46de17dbb8dc5de0/accept but the parser gets confused by other URLs in the email that include the domain name. I’m struggling to understand the logic that the templates use to determine what is parsed out. Are additional templates applied first or last? What happens if more than one template matches? Can the same field be extracted by multiple templates? I have a bit of coding knowledge and could write a regex to specify exactly what I want, but as far as I can tell, there’s no way to use it.
I’m using a Gmail ‘new email’ trigger for my Zap. It works fine, but today I discovered that the zap had turned itself off for some unknown reason. When turned it back on, it continued to work, but there were some emails received during the period when the Zap was turned off that were not processed. I would expect the unprocessed emails to be queued and then processed when the Zap is restarted - is there a way to make that happen? If there is not, then is there a way to make sure the Zap does not turn itself off, or at least pings an alert of some kind of it does?

I have a starter account and I have made a zap that do the following : 1- insert images in google drive 2- Delay 2mn 3- insert a pin in Pinterest After some images that are ok, zapier has stopped my zap and I have this error : “The app returned "You have exceeded your rate limit.” How to fix this problem please? Hi there, I am using Practice Ignition (PI) - a proposal software. I am looking to create a Google Drive Customer Folder with 5 Subfolders once my proposal has been accepted. The PI proposal accepted is an available trigger event already. I then can link and create my main customer folder but I am struggling to create subfolders with in this new folder in this 1 zap. Can anyone help?
I am trying to reconnect an account I disconnected. I am following the help screen. It says I can connect an account from the “Zap editor” by selecting Connect an Account. For the life of me I cannot find the Zap editor. I search on zap editor in help and don’t get any help on it. How do I open the zap editor?? I also suggest to Zapier: Please modify your help screen on connecting an account to include a path to the editor Please add a help topic on the editor. Thank you.
When someone posts in a specific Slack Channel, I want it to email via Gmail and I have this step down. I included TS (which I believe is unique) in both the subject and the body. Went Slack to Path Path A = if TS does not exist Send new email (good up to this part) Path B, I want to reply to the original email if the TS already exists (someone replies to the thread). There is a find email option but that kind of dead ends after it finds an email. There is also a Reply to email option but not sure how to create a gmail search thread here and coming up dry on Googling this.

I send facebook ad leads to a client by email but he doesn't received them. I see a message in my inbox that an error occurred so it’s seem like the problem is with the email adress. What should I do?
I have set up a Zap that triggers when a new row is added in google sheets Upon testing everything works, but as soon as I say Turn on the zap it will do exactly that but when I navigate away the zap is suddenly back to off. There are no error logs or task history to see what is going on. Any help would be nice Thanks in advance
Hello, I run a digital marketing agency. I build websites for my clients using webflow. My clients wants to automatically repost the blog on webflow posts across their social media pages such as Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and Instagram. The idea is, once the blog post is uploaded on the CMS, the data gets pulled and automatically uploaded on the social media pages mentioned above. Is this something I can do currently with zappier?
Hello All, I am trying to create a zap that will create a new sheet in a google sheet, add column headers, then write in several steps in the rows below. This zap is hooked up to our project manager software Trello and is triggered by the creation of a new project. My zap will run when a new project is created, it creates the new tab in the google sheet, adds 5 columns as headers, but then fails when it tries to create rows of data that are the subtasks of that project. I am using one action to lookup the data in Trello and it returns a JSON of the “checklist data”. From there I have tried multiple processes like converting to text (as line items), running the utilities Line Itemizer, and feeding the JSON directly to the Create Speadsheet Row in Google Sheets Action. Each attempt this step fails if I tell it to write to multiple columns. However it runs fine if I just write to the first column. The error it gives me was The spreadsheet row could not be sent to Google Sheets. The
I have a tank table and a tank ticket table. The ticket table has a relationship setup that way users can pick which tank a ticket belongs to. When the ticket record is created I would like to set a flag on the tank table to show a ticket has been opened. Every time I do this the zap will work in testing but only for the row that I do it for. The zap will also work for other new records when I manually process it. It seems as if the trigger only works on manual processing or trigger testing. I have tried two types of zaps (1) new record > (2) search for existing record from step one’s tank key > (3) update tank key ticket flag to 1 I also tried new record triggers update (skipping the search)
I’m putting together a zap that takes a new CRM contact (Zoho Forms into Streak CRM) and then updating information if it’s been found in Wave and Google Contacts. Presently (at least with Wave) I don’t see a way to CHANGE a contact’s information. It is possible to “search for” a contact, but if it exists I have to create a whole other workflow to update it. See, if it DOESN’T exist, I have the checkbox to “create one” but there’s no such checkbox to “update if exists”. You would think that Paths could solve this problem, but there’s no way to validate whether or not the search was successful, as far as I can tell, so there’s no way to tell Zapier what to do next depending on the outcome. How can I search for and then either update or create new in one zap? Thoughts?
Hello everyone, hope you are doing well. I am using a payment gateway and it is connected to zapier. In google sheets I have a fixed template which makes reciepts for individual user. So it has specific cells for name, price and some calculation that take place. I want all the data that is collected using the payment gateway to get stored in those specific cells that are there in my google sheets and then once all the data is filled, I want the google sheet to be saved as a PDF and then repeat this whole process for the next payment. I would really appreciate help with this.
Hi there, Today I registered to Wave, a free cloud accounting system, and created a zap using the Amazon Seller central app in connecting to my Amazon account. I successfully exported my last sale, but it doesn’t seem to export any Amazon fullfilment or PPC fees. Do you know if there is a different App that is required to do so or if it doesn’t exist? Any other suggestions or alternatives are welcome. Thanks,
