How do I notify someone assigned to a Monday.com item that a status has been changed?

Hi,

How do I notify someone who’s assigned to a Monday.com item that a status has been changed.

 

Preferably being able to notify them via a monday notification would be best, but will definitely settle for emailing them either through zapier email or gmail email.

 

I’m able to get the monday username via zapier, but I need the email.
