Possible to return "found row count" from a Lookup Spreadsheet Rows (output as Line Items)?

When I perform a Lookup Spreadsheet Rows (output as Line Items), let's say I get an output of 2 rows out of a max 500 row count (default setting).

Is there a way to output the total # of "found" row counts -- in this case the value of 2 via a Zap?

The Zap only outputs the string of the two rows. I also tried COUNT() and COUNTA() in Formatter but that didn't work.

Upon a lot of digging I found the solution (workaround, rather) here:

Zapier, it really shouldn’t be this hard to get a line-item count!
