How do I show all Zap detals expanded?

When I’m editing a Zap, I have to keep clicking ^ to expand the details.This gets repetitive and cumbersome. Especially since if I expand one section it collapses/hides the previous one, since sometimes I want to view both.How do I change the default view so that Zaps are shown expanded by default? I want all right-hand sections like “App & event”, “Account”, “Action”, etc. or even if there’s a simple Expand All button that I’m missing, that’d be useful.

How do I send an email to someone who submitted a form on Squarespace?

I have a registration form on Squarespace. I want to trigger an automatic email to the person who registered, confirming their registration details and giving further instructions.For the life of me I cannot figure out what action I need. I tried Gmail, but it only allows creating drafts and replying to existing emails.Do I need Email by Zapier?I feel like this should be easy and pretty common, but there’s nothing showing how to do this (or my Google skills are failing me. 😁)

I just started with Zapier, and I’m trying to connect my Feathr account and my involve.me account. I don’t really understand how Zapier works, or why its necessary to connect these apps, and I’m having a really hard time getting started. Does anyone know how to connect these two apps? The tutorial videos arent very helpful and I’ve reached out to support for help and they haven’t responded

Workaround Needed: Add "Paths by Zapier" to existing Zap

I have an existing app with a trigger than then searches my Google Calendar and does a number of steps from there. Now that I have this Zap working well, I’ve realized that I need to handle the case where no event is found in my Google Calendar. I want to add “Paths by Zapier” to branch on if the Calendar Event is found or not, but this isn’t working because I need to add it in the middle of my Zap, not at the end. There must a workaround, but I’m not thinking of it at the moment. I would love any ideas you’ve got.Thanks!

Can I email my existing Kajabi list(s) via Flodesk?

I have an established mailing list and several courses all hosted on Kajabi. I’ve just discovered Flodesk and love the fresh templates but I’m having trouble figuring out how to set up the correct Zap to achieve what I’d like to use it for. Is it possible to create a Zap that will enable me to send beautiful emails from Flodesk to my mailing list(s) on Kajabi? I have seen examples of Zaps to trigger Flodesk emails upon purhcase in Kajabi or form submission - but what I would primarily like to test is if it’s possible to mail our greater list on Kajabi. Thanks for your support in advance!

Why is Zapier adding data from row 560 in Microsoft Excel and how do I reset the start row to 2?

New to Zapier - have created a trigger to add a new row to an excel spreadsheet. Other than the first row of headers, all the excel fields in the sheet are empty. Yet Zapier is adding new fields from row 560 and counting upwards as the test or zaps are created? How do i reset the start row to say 2 or understand why this is happening as the excel empty row should be 2?

How do I ensure automatic CSV updates overwrite existing spreadsheet data in Google Sheets without duplication?

I have a CSV file that is automatically updated. I need the data in this file to overwrite the data in the spreadsheet. Currently I have managed to import the data correctly with the action "Create Multiple Spreadsheet Rows in Google Sheets" but every time the activator starts, the data is added to the first free row, thus duplicating the data. With every Purchase in Thrivecart i want to send the Invoice (generated in Thrivecart) automatically to Lexoffice. How can i do that. The only task regarding Lexoffice i found is “Upload Document for Bookkeeping Purposes” but i get an error because i have no file (i want to create it)l Who can help me with that? How can I efficiently access and convert state and country codes using Zapier Tables for Mautic?

So I’ve created a couple of zapier tables converting 2 character state and 2 character country codes to full names to be imported into mautic from woocommerce.   But…   Do I really have to go to all the trouble of inputing 50 keys and values for the state and 190 keys and values for the country using utilities->format->lookup  when it is sitting right there in a zapier table just ready to go???    REally???   There’s got to be a better way of accessing these values in 2024 other than this.

Hi, I’m using Zapier to pull attendee data from Ticket Tailor to an Excel worksheet. However it is pulling through the data for all events on Ticket Tailor. I need to be able to pull the data from different events to separate spreadsheets - can anyone advise how to do this without using some sort of clunky workaround?

How can I track the number of times a property was updated in Notion?

Hey there!I'm completely new to Zapier and was hoping you could help me out.I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to automate a process that counts how many times the "Assignee" property changes in my Notion database. It’s type is Person.I'm not exactly sure how to do it, but I'd love to add +1 to theAssignee changed every time the Assignee property is updated.  What would be the easiest way to do it?Thanks so much for your help!

Is there any way to transfer a zap to another Starter account?

I want to copy some Zaps from my to a colleague’s Starter account, so we do NOT have to manually re-create the Zap.Is there a way to automate some of this, or is it an entirely manual process?I know “Share a Zap with members of your Zapier account” and “Can I transfer my zaps from one account to another” only applies to Team and Company accounts, but I’m hoping for something less painful.

Best process for checking permissions of all Zaps

Dear community, I should review all Zaps and steps where there might be too much shared - more than necessary. Do you have a recommendation how I could achieve this? I assume that there is no official export / interface from Zapier? Specifically, I wonder how I can address:Is there an overview of all Zaps and who they are shared with? Is there an overview of all Zaps in an organisation that is not visible to me (I don’t have an admin account but could ask our admin to do it for me)? Assume I have been invited to a Zap where a private connection is used. Then, I cannot see who this step is shared with - could the admin see that?Many thanks!

How to Archive or Delete item in Monday.com when completing task in Google Tasks?

I have successfully made zapier create an item in a monday.com board when making a new task in Google Tasks.Now i want to make an automation that either archives or deletes the item from monday.com when i “complete” the task in google tasks.I tried using the “archive item” and “delete item” action in an automation where the trigger is “new completed task” in google tasks, but when testing the automation I always get “Item not found”.I have tried using the task name as identifier, and that does not workI tried making a text field in monday called ID, then when adding the task, make zapier enter the ID field into that text field, then when automating the “archive item” using that ID field as an identifier, that did not work. “Item not found”.Any ideas?

Assign different tags in Mailchimp when buying through Payhip

Does anyone know how I can use Zapier to assign different tags to people in Mailchimp, according to what product they buy?The only Sale option when creating a Zap through Payhip doesn’t allow you to specify which product they’ve bought. So currently, all my buyers get tagged with the same tag. As I’ve set up automations according to the products bought, this isn’t helpful, If they buy product A, I want them tagged with Tag A and if they buy product B, I want them tagged with Tag B etc.I can’t find a workaround (short of tagging them manually after purchase), so wondered if anyone else had a solution to this.Many thanks.

How can I sync WordPress users with an Excel sheet on Sharepoint?

I am trying out Zapier for a specific purpose. I have a membership database on our WordPress website and I want to maintain an Excel spreadsheet on Sharepoint which synchronises with it. I can't find a template that is suitable. The purpose is that we need to be able to do bulk editing of the membership records, but the WordPress plugin we use, indeed WordPress in general, won't make that easy because we can only edit one record at a time. The Zapier wizard doesn’t make much sense to me, as I can’t use it to navigate to the file I want to sync.

How do I assign Mailchimp tags to subscribers when items are moved in monday.com?

This is integration is intended to work with my company’s Monday CRM system. Applications are reviewed in one board and once approved, moved to another board. I’d like a Mailchimp tag to be assigned to that subscriber when this move happens to trigger an email automation. Based on my options in Zapier, I’ve tried “New Item in Board” but that didn’t work...looks like a new item has to be created in that board and not moved to that board. “Specific Column Value Changed in Board” could work, except nothing changes in this particular board. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks,Mike

How to manage optional fields in API call

Hello,I try to connect the Gravity Form from my wordpress website to one API of the government.I don’t know how to manage the fields that are optional in the API. "NomUsage" for example. It is a name. If user write in this field on my Gravity Form, no problem, this is written in the API call : "NomUsage" : "Nameofuser" But if the user writes nothing in Gravity Form, this is written in the API call : "NomUsage" : "" and the API return an error because it expects the line to be removed. Could you please help me ? Thanks a lot !

How do I setup a Zap to update my Notion database when Strava activity details are edited?

Like many people, my runs automatically upload to Strava from my watch with generic names like “Morning Run”. I then edit these runs in the strava app and label them properly (Name, Description, Workout type etc). I currently use the “Activity Created Trigger” to create a row in a Notion database but of course this pulls the generic names when the activity is created. I would love an “Activity Updated” trigger which could then edit the row in Notion.

Hey Everyone, I’m not sure if this question has been asked in the forum (community) before. If it has sorry… .I’m looking to create these specific zaps  for Facebook Lead campaigns.  The first trigger is the Facebook ad campaign The second trigger is that lead get’s contacted via SMSThe third trigger is that all get’s backup to a Google doc  My question is this. Can I create this process over and over again with in one account, or do we need to set up a teams account and set up each client under a team profile?

How do I automate export of time tracking data to Google Drive for analysis with ChatGPT?

Hello Zapier Community, My Goal: To set up an automated process that exports time tracking data from tools like Toggl, Harvest, Clockify, or EveryHour to Google Drive at scheduled intervals (daily,weekly, etc), and then uses this data for analysis by ChatGPT. Problem and Questions: The main challenge is that these time tracking tools do not natively support automatic data export. Additionally, when I look into these tools on Zapier, none of them have the triggers to do so.  So I’m wondering did I overlook anything or if there is any work-arounds use cases?  Thank you in advance for your help!
