Question

Existing Contact in Hubspot create a Deal

Hey there,

I'm trying to build the following automation: I want HubSpot to create a new Deal for every existing contact. Then the Deals should be already taken into the right sales pipeline/stage, depending on which contact information the existing contact gave me.

 

I am getting new contacts/have my existing contacts by using a Typeform for leads. 

 

Is there a possibility to let Zapier create a deal in HubSpot, with an existing contact in HubSpot and already?

Hi @Saschajo 

 

for Zapier to operate, it needs a trigger, the trigger in this case is New Contact in Hubspot. Zapier does have Transfer by Zapier but at the current moment it does not support Hubspot.

Good question.

Depending on your HubSpot plan, you may be able to use HubSpot Workflows.
