Schedule RSS Posts to Discord

So I have a discord server and would like to have posts from an RSS feed for once a day, but there is no way to schedule this in Zapier as once you setup a schedule the next option for RSS is to create an item. What would be a better way to achieve this? Or am I stuck going the code route?

Linking accounts in two systems without using name or domain

Hello Community- I’m looking for some guidance.  I have a customer that is connecting their CRM to QBO.  The issue is that the name of the account in their CRM is often different than the name in QBO.  For example in CRM it would be XYZ Company- R&D Division and in QBO it would be XYZ Company.  Typically the name in QBO is the formal name for billing.  They also have several entries for the same company which will not allow me to link accounts based on their domain.  For existing accounts I could use a lookup table for CRM Account number and QBO Account number but that is going to use a lot of zaps.  Also how would link new customers and how would that table get updated? It seems like this would be a common issue so there must a gracdfule way to do this.  What is the best way for me to link accouts without using account names or domains?  Thank you!

Hi community, I have a google sheet with data from last days. I want to populate more data during these days but without deleting the last days data (an example, I have a sheet with data from 1 to 20 January. I want to add data from 21 to 31 January (without deleting the data from 1 to 20). My goal is populate sheet data with new ones. Any idea? Thanks

Need to send Wordpress User Email and Password to Keap

Currently I was able to create a Zap that syncs all user information fields except the Password.I created a custom Password Field in Keap. But there is no value from Wordpress in Zapier that collects the Wordpress Password. How may I retrieve the user’s password to store it in Keap?

Stripe -> ActiveCampaign

I’m setting up a Zap so that when someone joins my monthly membership, they’re added to ActiveCampaign and tagged with a “member” tag (so I can segment and automate onboarding emails later).  However, there’s a possible conflict in how I set up the Zap — I also have an “open shop” on my site that integrates with Stripe as well.  I want the Zap to trigger when someone joins the membership, but DON’T want it to trigger when someone makes a general purchase in the shop. In other words, I only need this to fire in very specific instance.  At first, I thought setting the Stripe trigger to “new customer” would work, but it will get gummed up with general shop purchases.  Should I use “New Event in Stripe” as the trigger? Is there a better way to do this?

Salesforce Find Record Action

Hi, I’ve created a Zap with a ‘Find Record’ action in Salesforce. I have checked the box ‘Create Salesforce Record if it doesn’t exist yet?’. I would suppose that if a record is found based on my search value, no information is overwritten in Salesforce. However that seems to happen with my Zap.  For example: Name of existing contact in Salesforce is A B. With my zap i want to input new info from my webshop. A customer with the name D B (for example the husbadn) places an order and uses the same email that’s already known in Salesforce. As a result the name of my existing contact changes to A B.  Is this normal behaviour for this action? Is there a way to avoid it?

Zapier doesn't automatically get data from WooCommerce

Hi I have made zap which get three trigger (woocomerce ==> teachable ==> Gmail ) the workflow should be when user paid in woocomerce course enrolled in teachable and message send to user via gmail.  All those steps has then and when i tried test each step the test has successfully done but after i turned on the zap and create new order paid in  woocomerce nothing happens and nothing shows in zap history

Can't see event in Google Analytics setup through Zapier

Hello community, Im using Zapier to connect my CRM (sendinblue) to Google Analytics and get a hit/event everytime I have a successfull onboarding.  The issue is that I can see those events in my no filter view but not in my regular view with all the filters. I deduced that the problem is coming from Ghost host filter or the default GA ghost host option. Is there any way to actualy get an event on my regular view ?  I’ve also tried to set up the zap on “Non-Interaction Hit” to TRUE and see no diffrence.  Thanks for your help

Airtable and Slack Automation with Private Channels

Hello Everyone, I run an Artist Management agency (150+ artists) and when bookings come in from clients for my artists I enter the information into Airtable. Currently when I do that I have an automation that sends out an email to the artist with the information of the booking and using Mini Extensions they can simply accept or reject the booking with 1 click. I have recently started using Slack as a way to centralize all communication with my artists. I would now like to set up an automation that does the same thing as above but instead sends a message to their private slack channel instead of emailing them. The issue I am running into is that Zapier will only allow me to choose 1 private channel to send the message to. That would mean, I believe, that I would have to set up a separate automation for each individual artist with their own private channel selected - at 150+ artists that to me is overkill. Do you know if there is a way to set just 1 automation that would in it’s process

Zap not triggering for existing Airtable records in view

Hey everyone,New to Zapier and Digest here, so forgive me if this is a basic question; I’ve done some research and can’t seem to find anything related specifically to the details of my problem. I’ve also posted about this on the AirTable community forums with no responses.I’m using Airtable to make a to-do task list. I have a View set up for Upcoming tasks that are due in the next week. I would like for Zapier to create a Digest of every record in that View and email them to the person assigned to those tasks. Right now, as my trigger, I’ve set up Zapier to pull from Airtable, New Record In View, and I’ve pointed it to the specific Upcoming Tasks View. As a Test, this pulls up two records, Record A and Record B.My first Action is Append Entry and Schedule Digest, and here are the settings I’m using for my entry:When I test the action, I’m only presented with one option: the “- ‘Take out the trash’ and the subtask, ‘Empty recycling from kitchen’ are due on 2021-02-08.”Beyond that, I hav

How to upload individual attachments in Gmail emails to Google Drive?

Hi AllI’m creating a ZAP to trigger when a new email hits an account. The filter is to continue if the attachment count is more than zero. The action is to save the attachments to google drive.Currently the ZAP is uploading all 3 attachments from the email as a ZIP file. I can also adjust the action and it will upload 1 of the 3 attachments, but not all. I want all attachments uploaded separately to Google Drive.Can anyone tell me how to do this please?

MS Teams integration with Things 3

I would like to be able to send a message from Teams to Things 3 as a task. Ideally, the trigger would be saving the message, but that trigger is not available in the workflow build. I realize I can use the Outlook integration to then email to Things, but it’s cumbersome. Anyone have any other ideas?

I  have tried to implement this with Teachable for one European country but it fails miserably and i need to redesign the course payment page and options for a B2B particularly small companies way. I am looking for a combination of apps and zaps that could give me this specific outcome.  OUTCOME: A small company wants to buy one or multiple courses for their affiliates on my teachable school/and or my CLICK FUNNEL.  The school needs to have all this perks : it needs to receive a receipts with the school VAT number, name and address for the total amount paid and for each or the courses bought. ---→ this is currently not easy or not possible in Teachable Europe as the combine together the buyer and the course attendee into one single persona.    The company needs to enroll one or more affiliates to the course but they do not want to have the billing information and billing persona the same as the actual enrolled students.    The students will receive professional credits, to that extend
