I am using the Circle Communities platform, hubspot CRM and Omnisend.

And I need some input as I’m trying to build out a workflow that accomplishes the following tasks:

1. Whenever a new person registers for the Circle community… 

   a) that person's information to be added to our Hubspot CRM, and

   b) I need the user info to then be added to a segment or tag within omnisend

Once the user has been added to omnisend it will then kick off email workflow/drip campaign with separate emails going out 1, 3, 7, 10 and 14 days after they register for the community

I’ve been banging my head against this for 48 hours and am hoping someone has some input to help guide me on this a bit

Please also clarify what questions/issues you have with configuring the Zap steps.

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: Circle - New Member Added
  2. Action: HubSpot - Create/Update Contact
  3. Action: OmniSend - Create Subscriber
