How to access Telegram app in Zapier Professional plan?

Im a new user to zapier and im currently on the professional plan free trial. Im trying to create an action with Telegram, but when look up the app, its grayed out and says Beta next to it. Do I need another plan to access it? Is it just not available at the moment? If so, when could I expect it to be available?

Good question.

Telegram Zap app only has actions available.
