Just been creating a zap today that creates a Xero quote from a JotForm submission and everything seems to be working OK except I’m finding that the terms, the wording of which I have in the quote template on Xero, doesn’t get populated which is strange as those terms are entered fine when I create quotes manually on Xero.  Just not sure if this is a Xero issue or Zapier?

Hi @LittleVampette

Please post screenshots of how your Zap steps are configured as well as an example of the issue, thanks.

@Troy Tessalone Hi.  Apologies new to zap and this forum.

Makes me realise I should get Xero contacts added/updated using a zap before I even think about doing quotes as I was only given an option to choose me as the Xero contact to create a quote for (as I’m the only contact on my Xero as I’m just going about setting things up).  I realised I had not set up my invoice theme and set that hoping that would fix my problem but appears not.

So screenshots below:

I had also set up the expiry date to be a default on Xero itself in the invoice setting and that hasn’t worked here either but works absolutely fine in Xero doing it manually.

@LittleVampette

Try going to the Zap Editor for the specific Zap: https://zapier.com/app/zaps

Then try changing the trigger step data: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/change-the-test-data-in-your-zap-trigger

When testing each Zap step manually, for the mapped data points, make sure there is a value populated from the trigger step.
