500/504 Error - Pipedrive - update deal orientated

Last night I was adding an extra small task to an existing multi task zap that incorporates updating a deal in Pipedrive.

Everything was working fine until I get to test the update deal portion. it throws a 500/504 error

 

I've checked the service status through Pipedrive & zapier, asked Pipedrive support and confirmed my account is connected properly.
I've emailed zapier support but obviously that's an email service so not very fast


I've basically got a broken process and employees manually (at least trying to) work around this?


All other tasks in the zap work i.e. finding/creating a deal, creating a note, pulling user info etc etc

I've rolled the automation back to its original state where it was working properly to no avail.

Now this morning i am getting notifications that other zaps arent working the are focused around “create/update” a deal.



Any ideas!!?????

FYI: Pipedrive was having some issues recently which might be related: https://status.pipedrive.com/

NOTE: 504 is not listed.

I have cleared my cache and cookies to no avail!

i have a pro account. and the zap in question is about 8 tasks?

The other one is only 3 or 3 tasks

And the zap was working perfectly before last night

My guess is that it’s related to the Pipedrive issues from yesterday, but you’ll have to wait to see what Zapier Support says.
