I signed up for a free KingSumo account to start setting up Giveaways. I created a Zap because I wanted to collect emails when people email their email address. I added a Tag "Giveaways" in my Convertkit account and then copied my API secret into KingSumo and also have Zapier Integration setuip too inside KingSumo. I created a zap called KingSumo and Convertkit Zap. Step 2 in Zapier was to use the webhook, which I did and enter required details. My question is in the email requirement field I entered one of my personal emails into the field and continued to finish the zap. I am not sure if I was supposed to put my email address in this field or not. Just want to make sure so I capture all email addresses submitted when people take part in my giveaway.I think I might have figured out why it is not working. I am on the free plan and it looks like using webhooks in a premium app, which requires upgrading to paid account.Just need to confirm this is the case.
The app returned "The request metadata specifies an invalid or empty video title.". I was trying to create a zap for uploading videos to Youtube while adding video files to my team drive. This zap was working before smoothly with no issues.... Now when I tried to crated a new one it is throwing errors. Any help with this matter is much appreciated. Thanks in Advance Ben
What order do I undertake tasks in Zapier? Schedule > Basecamp > Clickup, is this correct?Every-time I create an ZAP using the free account I can get the Base-camp > Click-up, new todo to work but every-time I try to create a schedule first I dont get the option to send to Click-up. It just ends at basecamp. Is there a little to two integrations or tasks on a free Zap Thanks
Hi all,The XML we are need to send has nested line items and the source data sends line items as a list. We can use formatter (Utilities > Line Itemizer) to separate them out but we are struggling to implement them in the nest format required because it seems not all actions support Zapier's line items functionality.Our XML needs to follow this rough structure:<ITEM><SKU>2345</SKU><QTY>3</QTY><Price>200</Price><LineNumber>1</LineNumber></ITEM><ITEM><SKU>1235</SKU><QTY>2</QTY><Price>300</Price><LineNumber>2</LineNumber></ITEM><ITEM><SKU>1555</SKU><QTY>2</QTY><Price>400</Price><LineNumber>3</LineNumber></ITEM>At the moment, all we are able to do is:<ITEM><SKU>2345, 1235, 1555</SKU><QTY>3, 2, 2</QTY><Price>200, 300, 400 </Price><LineNumber>1, 2, 3</LineNumber
Zapier seems to format dates wrong when writing to google sheets.It converts this into thisIf I switch the 2 top with 2 bottom I get the same result. I have even tried having the columns around the table, I still keep getting 2 of the dates parsed wrong.This is extremely frustrating, and makes me unable to enter more than 2 dates properly. EDIT: Adding a fake row with correct format seems to have fixed it...
Hello, I’m trying to connect to a colleagues Zoho Analytics account and see workspaces that he has shared permission for me on Zoho Analytics. When I go to look for the workspaces, It lists no workspaces at all and I can’t do anything from there. Is this a security thing? How would I get past this?
Hi Folks! I’m trying to figure out a way to get a customer to enter an address into a field and then have that address displayed on a map as the output. Like you might see on google maps, etc. I have been looking for any sort of mapping apps on Zapier and don’t see anything. I find that odd and wonder if anyone happens to know of one connected to Zapier?

I am trying to watch a specific folder on Google Drive, but once I’ve chosen my account and the Shared Drive, I can’t figure out how to navigate to the folder I want. Hello everyone, I’m having some troubles with connecting my lead ads accountI am the owner and the admin of the selected business manager, ad account and page on facebookeven so, I’m still getting an error when I try to draw data to define my spreadsheet. The error basically says I have to reconnect my lead ads account in order to continue, I went to the application page and made the reconncetion process, even tested “succces”, But I’m still getting the errors all over again. We have switched to another page with another form lead but all under the same ad account and business. Anyone encountered this problem before? what should I do to solve this?
Good morning, I am trying to connect Zapier with my website in Wordpress.The Zapier plugin is installed and activated. I try to make the normal connection through Zapier. And I get this message If I look at the server logs I get that a connection has been attempted with a 404 error result.[05/Oct/2020:11:45:09 +0200] "POST /wp-json/zapier/v1/token HTTP/1.1" 404 149 "-" "Zapier" However if I make this connection it works, response 200, therefore the plugin is installed. I have tried with different credentials and I always get the same errorWP 5.5.1 + Cloudflare + Varnish + NginxI have reset all caches and it doesn't work either.Can someone help me?
Hi! Anyone know how to properly integrate Typeform to Aweber? I'd like for an already existing subscriber (ie: Email) to be updated on Aweber with a "Tag", when a person completes a Form using Typeform. I am connecting with both platforms properly, however, when I run tests - they fail.Also, I’m not really understanding how the workflow should be set up. This is what I have now:A new form entry comes in via Typeform Aweber finds the subscriber (how this happens I do not know) Finally, the subscriber is updated on Aweber with a “Tag”This is all supposed to be dynamic - meaning each time a new entry is made on Typeform, the entry will be different; thus, the Email being updated will be different.Any and all help is greatly appreciated. I am trying to figure out if this is possible. I already have a Zap set up to send the contents of an inbound SMS message via Phone.com to a channel in Slack. I’d like to then create a thread within Slack, type a reply, and have that message sent as an outbound SMS through phone.com. I think SMS by Zapier might be required in there somewhere, but I’m really stuck on how to set this up. Before I spend any more time trying to figure it out or consider hiring a contractor to get it done, I’d like to know this is even possible to accomplish with a multi-step Zap without another 3rd party application. Can anyone confirm this can be done? Thank you.

I offer dropshipping services and we get all our customers orders via shipstation. We have stores for all our customers and right now we are looking for an elegant way to get those orders and create invoices inside QB online for each customer store. One thing to note is that our customers call their products different names, however they all correspond to a few items that we have set up in QB. If anybody knows how to set up a zap so that the information from each shipped order in shipstation translates to an invoice with the proper products in QB please let me know. I’m considering having all my customers use the same SKU’s to reference our QB product SKU but not sure if that will work either. Any help is greatly appreciated.Jason
We are having a major issue where our zap is turning itself off with this message: Zap was stopped due to high error ratioUpon investigation, we have a step where we are looking up Slack users by email. If a user isn’t found an error is thrown, and I don’t see any way to gracefully handle this to prevent an error. If a user isn’t found it should just stop the zap but not cause an error. How do I configure this? Thank you!
Hey all, I was trying to build out a zap where I would connect a running Facebook “Send Message” ad (not Lead Ad) to get notification via SMS and email once they come in for lead generation. Saw that there was a Facebook Messenger integration that can be used from “all messages sent to the Page”. However, I wasn’t sure if that also covered messages that came from ads when people click the “Send Message” button from a paid ad. Any insight? Thanks in advance!
Situation:I am creating a Zap to move submitted form info from a Google Form to Hubspot (,as the Hubspot Workflows doesn’t support creation of an Engagement).Steps:Form submission Create Engagement, with Create Note and Body of note containing all the fields from the Form submit I have tried to map against “Emails of the Contacts Objects...” with custom field the email field from the form, but it gives the below error. Invalid input JSON on line 1, column 112: Cannot deserialize value of type `com.hubspot.engagements.base.EngagementsProtos$Associations` from String "firstname.lastname@example.org": not a valid long value (actual email anonymised here) What am I doing wrong? How do I map against a Contact email in Hubspot? (as the contact email very likely will exist already) Or should I first make a Zap to create the Contact? Thank you in advance!!
Hi,I find the resourceguru integration quite useless.. it has a “project update” trigger, to know when a project has been updated, but the information that I obtain is the project name, the date, and few other useless fields. One of them is “state” which is always “update”…I would like to know the state of the project after being updated… has the project been marked as finished? How do I know that? Thanks, Jesús
Problem # 1I am trying to add different options for product variations in WooCommerce, the data is coming from PipeDrive and going towards WooCommerce to create new products. scenario # 1Unexpectedly after testing the zap and checking the response received, looks like it splits data based on space, but then merge the last word of one option with the first word of next option as shown in the image below. is there any solution for this problem. It simply should not split words. Scenario # 2Zapier splits data differently in this way.Response received Problem # 2is there a way to set different prices and SKUs for product variations? from the UI and available fields on Zapier, looks like it is not possible currently. Please let me know if there is any workaround for this issue.
Hi community, One of the most frustrating things about Google Tasks is that it has no daily overview. They do show in calendar, but it’s very easy to forget about overdue ones, as the date remains in the past and there is no “overdue” section e.g. in the agenda view of Google calendar.I’m trying to set up a zap to update all my overdue Google Tasks at midnight. Specifically, I’d like to change the due date to today and potentially update the name to prepend “[overdue]” or something similar. Scheduling something to run at midnight is easy with the Zapier Scheduler, however I can only update specific tasks. I’d like to match and update all tasks that are overdue. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks!
