How to set time zone for Google Calendar event invites?

I am working with clients in different states and need to assign a time zone to calendar invites they create.

 

I have followed the Zapier instructions in regards to putting the time zone in the feild after the time however it will not working:

 

Anyone know the best way to assign time zones to calendar invites?

I would prefer to stick with time zones instead of “-4h” etc as if it was linked to the time zone it would stay relevant during Day Light Savings times.
