I seem to be running into an issue with a Zap. Trying to connect two forms from a wix site to trigger a lead creation in Arbox. The test were successful, however when I went to test the form/both forms, the info never showed up in Arbox.

Check that your Zap is turnedON before testing again.
Check your Zap Runs to see if the Zap triggered.

When I check Zap runs…
I was missing the Phone field initially in the WIx form. Arbox required it, so I added one. Still getting stuck.

If the Zap is ON and NOT triggering, then either you aren’t testing the event that will fire the Zap trigger correctly, OR there is an issue with the Zap trigger (Wix).
