Hi @THzaps
Consider logging each Webinar Registrant in a GSheet or Airtable.
Then for each Webinar Attendee update another column to indicate they “attended”.
The result would be Webinar Attendees who did NOT “attend”.
hmm, ok, and send send automatically an email to all marked as not attend or send to all that are not marked as attend what ever would be a possible trigger / condition?
Hi @Troy Tessalone ,
thanks so far. I managed to register the registrants to a spreadsheet and mark the delegates with a YES so far.
But now I don’t see a trigger to send an email to all in the list who are still on NO after the show.
I guess if i would use “updated row” as trigger only the “YES” rows would be superviced?
The idea was to send an email to all who are still on “no” … but maybe that would not work.
Any other idea of trigger an action to go though a spreadsheet and send all an email that on “now”
thx in advance
regards
Hi @THzaps
One option would be, after the webinar, to manually update the applicable rows to “No” to trigger the Zap.
You may want to consider using Airtable instead of GSheets: https://zapier.com/apps/airtable/integrations#triggers-and-actions
Airtable has Views that can be used to trigger Zaps: https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/202624989-Guide-to-views
For example, logic would be to have rows move into a view when the Webinar Date = Yesterday and the Attended column is blank or No.
Hey @THzaps, I hope you’re doing well!
I just wanted to check in here, were you able to get things working with the info from Troy, or can we still help out here?
Have a great Monday!
hi @william,
thx, for your help.
I managed to add very new member to an excel sheet and update the status after login and then send an automated email to the ones not updated ….
that worked so far fine, if there is a smarter way, I am willing to learn!
thx
