Hello,

 

I currently extract invoices from Quickbooks using Zapier and Zap them into a CRM system called Freshworks. Quickbooks products within the invoices are passed in a single line separated by "," (Example: Product A, Product B). The CRM systems needs the products separated by ";"(Example: Product A; Product B). 

 

Any idea how I do this?

Use a formatter step → text:

then select the option to replace:

 

this will replace all “,” values.
