We are setting up several WordPress membership sites with s2 member plugin. It uses IPN.But Paypal only allows one IPN and one URL for that IPN and ONE return URL using a PDT Token.Thought maybe Zapier could help.But the article “How to Use Multiple IPNs with PayPal” does not seem to address that situation - or only explains how to setup PayPal but nothing about the return URL PDT Token To notify s2 member.Perhaps someone else knows the answer.
Issue when creating the QB invoice. For the product, it’s choosing credit 1 instead of matching the product of the opportunity in SF.

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.so I’m having another problem when creating the QB invoice. for the product/service it’s choosing Credit 1 instead of matching the product of the opportunity in SF.example -1 - here is my opportunity in SF (that has become a sale) - its for lapel pins2 - here is where its mapped in Zapier3 - if I run a test the product does match (it always chooses credit 1) and that also seems to be adding a 1 in front of the quantity. the quantity for this opp is 200 not 1200 - Also there is no rate (if i create manually with quantity and price QB will calc. and populate the rate)Help fixing these 3 items would be much appreciated!
I just got an email advising me that The app MailerLite for version 1.4.0 has been deprecated.These zaps will need to be migrated over before April 7, 2023, or they will be automatically paused thenBut no instructions on how to rectify this issue. I see Mailerlite is now showing up in my zaps as Mailerlite 1.4.0 so I’m wondering - do I have to re-set up all my zaps re-selecting Mailerlite as the Action App?Thanks for any advice.
I have a zap that works great, but when it comes to autofilling the date from one of the table’s columns, the email that gets sent out includes the date and then a string of random letters/numbers afterward. The format of the column is set as date and doesn’t contain that string afterwards, this only appears in the email the zap sends out that is auto populated from the table.Example: Table column will contain date- 2/23/2023 and the zap will pull from this and send out an email that contains 2023-02-23T00:00:00.000Z as the date.
Hi all,I want to give some of our clients a simple way to add (up to 20) users in our LMS (talentLMS) themselves.So my thinking was to create a form where they could add first name, last name and email of the users they would like to add. My first try was to create a Google form but it’s not a great user experience to have to fill out 3*20 fields in a Google Form. So I tried Jotform and liked the “table input” form element. However, the output data when inserted into a Google Sheet via Zapier comes as a long string. I’m currently struggling to parse that data into separate rows using Zapier formatter and a formula in Google Sheet but struggling a bit with both.So if anyone has any tips of achieving what I’m after I’m all ears!
I am trying to setup a filter on a stripe new subscription event.Under Filter setup & testing, I am not seeing the field I need to test for.I suspect not all transactions with have this meta field. How do I select the ‘only continue field’ if that meta field is not included in the sample data?Thanks

How do we stop it create duplicate and just update the one that is already created?
I’m looking to extract the latest date contained within the body of an email, and the parser seems to be having trouble. It’s for accommodation - so the way the email comes from the system, it’s structured like so: The visitors could be staying two days or twenty days, which makes extracting the end date of the stay really difficult and the parser doesn’t seem to be learning it’s the last one. It will be the latest date contained within the email. Is there a way of parsing this? Thanks for your help!
Someone books an event on Cal.com - this is the trigger.I want to create a Zap that does exactly the following in AWeber. Check if EMAIL that the Cal.com booking was made with, already exists as subscriber in AWeberif EXISTS, then update that existing AWeber subscriber with an additional tag, e.g. “test-tag” if NOT EXISTS, then a new AWeber subscriber shall be created using both the EMAIL from the Cal.com booking and the NAME from the Cal.com booking and also add the same tag “test-tag” I've been trying to get this all set up for a few hours already but somehow I'm stuck somewhere. I've created more complex Zaps than this before, but somehow today is not my day it seems…Any help is appreciated! Thanks!!!

Initially I thought this was CloudFlare, but I have bypassed it and traffic is going directly to the server. I am only getting this on PUT commands like updating an order. Find order, and instant triggers seem fine.. Does this indicate an actual error with the Zap code itself now for “update order”I also have one to create a coupon and that works fine too..."Forbidden" response received. HTTP status: "403" Even “Create order” is fine, the only issue seems to be with “update order”

I have a google sheet filled with info that needs to be emails. One column of the sheet is email addresses. I want a zap that reads each row and makes an email from each row. I have already done this with google sheet → loop → hubspot tickets. It works great, an individual hubspot ticket for each row. I’ve set up this new zap the exact same way, but I get just one email that is:to: every address rather than one per emailsubject: (all the subjects)body: Hi (name 1, name 2, name 3...) I don't get why the loop makes individual hubspot tickets as needed, but the same loop can’t make separate emails. Help! Thanks!
I have two similar products in Kajabi. Each product is a different price point. Whenever I set up my Zaps, I’m unable to connect it specific to each product. My payment processor is Stripe. It seems as though when a product is purchased, it should grant access to the specific product, however, it isn’t. The result is that my Zaps are executing based on a general action for all products. Can someone help share advice on how to make my Zap more specific to each individual product in Kajabi. Thank you for your help in advance.

Or is there any way, how to solve the problem?The scenario is this:Trigger > OneNote > New Note in Section - only not grouped sections are visible. All sections (even in groups) should be visible in values.2nd connected app is TickTick if it matters.

Hi all, I need help trying to figure out how to send an adf/xml formatted email to our ProMax CRM email. I’m not a coder, so I’m not sure where I’m going wrong. None of my test emails have shown up in ProMax. Here’s the xml code I’ve been working with and I need to make sure that the contact info makes it into ProMax. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to figure this out? Thanks!
