I just to know if this is possible.

Wanted to run my zap on schedule on specific days and time.

Exaample:

Monday - Thursday: 5pm - 9pm

I was using the schedule by zapier but I really don’t know how to customize it.

Hope someone can help me out

Thanks!

Hi @MBN

Try adding a Filter as Step 2: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

@MBN

Another option is to use the Zapier Manager Zap app to turn a Zap ON/OFF on set schedules via another Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/zapier-manager/integrations#triggers-and-actions

This is very helpful!.  Thanks a lot

Guys sorry,  been tackling this for a weeks now.  I’m still new to zapier… so I’m not really keen on this.

Anyways, my scenario is..we’re using gravity forms and wanted to notify our team if new leads comes in the schedule I mentioned.   Mon-Thurs @ 5pm-9pm.

When I put Scheduler as trigger, my gravity forms can’t get the new leads.   So I emailed Zapier about this and they said Scheduler and Gravity forms doesn’t interact.

I can grab the data from Gravity forms if I make gravity forms as trigger.  So I’m still in limbo right now on how to pull this through.  Hope someone can help me with this.

Thanks

Finally figure it out!! Thanks for all the help!

👏

Hey all,

We solved this with an easy solution: Cronfree

https://zapier.com/apps/cronfree-time-scheduler/integrations

You can set it to run on multiple days, hours, timezones etc!
