Drip Custom Tag trigger for Drip/Teachable integration

Hi! 

How do I use a custom Drip tag (other than the defaults) when I want to have a user automatically enrolled in a Teachable course?

 

I think the default Drip tag used for a trigger is “new customer”. 

But I’d love to use another tag that reflects a specific purchase, since I sell multiple courses and have multiple products.

Thank you for reaching out to us and apologies for the delay!

I see you have been working with Shalyn in Support on this workflow and that while triggering from other tags is not currently supported, you have been added as a vote for this feature which does the following: 

  • Re-raises the request with the dev team
  • Gives us a place to track user interest on our end
  • Reminds us to notify you if this become available

I know that isn’t the answer you were hoping for but please let us know if you have any additional questions!
