Hi there!I’m new to Zapier. To give you some context, I’m a reseller of software licences. Here’s my scenario: 1. A customer of mine buys a software product on my site with ThriveCart 2. I need to get a serial number for the software from the software vendor (here’s the tricky thing) 3. As soon as the vendor give me the licence #, I send an email to my customer Do you know how can I do this workflow with Zapier? I need to send some data to the vendor with infos like order#, invoice#, productType, quantity but I don’t know how ? A mail? A Webhook? A shared Google Spreadsheet?Then when I receive the licence number from the vendor I need to send it back to my customer automatically.What would be the easiest solution?Thanks for your advices.-Arnaud
Hi everyone! I am trying to allow users on our Mighty Network to upload their own documents, and I read that Typeform may be able to help. However, it seems like Zaps and Typeform can only create forms that users can fill out and submit. Does anyone know if I can use Typeform and Zapier to allow users to submit their own documents to our Mighty Network? Here is some additional information that may be useful:Before creating a Mighty Network, we would use Box to have users download templates and submit their own completed documents. We decided to use Mighty Network because it would allow us to conduct a course and provide templates all in one place. However, users cannot upload their completed documents to Mighty Networks. The Mighty Network Help Team suggested that Typeform could be integrated with Mighty Networks and allow users to upload their own documents. Hey everyone, I am new to Zapier and have got a suggested zap running which creates an event in my Outlook Calendar for a new task in To Do’s. When the zap runs, events automatically come up at 2PM on the selected day i.e. the zap is looking for a start and end date but To Do’s does not have that functionality. To Do’s does have a notes section. I was wondering whether it might be possible to instruct the zap to look for the other event data in this section? Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers!
I’m trying to connect Facebook Lead ads New Lead to Constant Contact as a New Contact. There’s a field requiring an Email. There are only 2 email fields in the drop down, the email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org . Both caused an error. I’m not understanding what field to draw from to enter into the email field to complete this trigger. I see that I can enter a static email into it, but none of the dropdowns set an email field to map to it. If there’s a form, then the email field in the lead should match the contact email field in constant contact. How do I make them connect with the fields mapped properly from lead ad to contact?
I want to create a Google Calendar Detailed Event description field containing some of the line item fields from a Quickbooks online invoice.Quickbooks is sending me a line item variable for each field:Since Google Calendar doesn’t support line items, how can I combine these fields and add them all to my calendar description field? I managed to have Zapier output selected fields to a Google sheet like thus:But when I try to use this in the calendar step it only has input data options for the first row created:There can be a variable amount of line items in each invoice (won’t always be 3). Google sheets isn’t necessarily required if there is another way of getting this done.Help is much appreciated!

Update Record in AirtableThe airtable view I am using has some filters, for inctance if a specific word is part of a slack incident channel name, year is 2021, 2020 and 2019I would like to be able to export data from previous dates, also from last year.
Hello ! New on Zapier and creating my first zaps… I am currenly working with Calendly now, and once an event is created I would like to create a deal on PipeDrive, and a person related to this deal. (usually events attrack new people).My question is : With Zapier do I have to create the person and then create the Deal (2 steps) ?... or can I create the deal and directly associate it with the person (1 step)I tried to associate it directly (1 step) but it associates it with a random person even by putting "Custom" and connecing it it to the person who subscribes to Calendly.Thank you for your helpBen
I have created a Zap to create an item in one of my boards in Monday.com everytime I receive a certain type of email. I was able to do this successfully, however I'd like the content of the email to be split up and populate in different columns of my board.For example: The Zap is triggered when an email comes through saying “New Alert for Customer X”The body of the email contains the following:details of the alert Customer Name Customer Phone number Customer Email Customer AddressIs there any way to separate that into the respective columns in my Monday.com board? Ideally the item name would be the customer name, the details would be in notes, and so on. As of now I can only seem to but the entire body of the email in the notes section, which gets tricky to read, especially in the app version.I’m also wondering if there’s a possible work around by first having it populate and separate in Google Sheets? And from there go to Monday.com?
Hi Zapier Community,As stated in the title, I’m looking to get an action to trigger after a year. To be accurate, I set up a learning quiz using LearnDash and I’m looking for a way to send an email a year after it gets successfully completed. Because LearnDash works well with Zapier, it would be convenient to find a way to solve my problem using it.Upon reading the documentation from this article, I understand that a delay can only be scheduled for up to a month in Zapier and I should look for another way to do what I want.However, if someone has an idea on how to bypass this or can recommend an alternative solution I would be grateful to hear it.
My community has daily email blasts that are funnelled through one person who moderates what will be sent to subscribers. There is unrest in the community because of the moderator’s policies and some subscribers are not happy receiving emails that are of no interest to them. And, some people don’t like getting their news and information through email. I’m completely new to zapier and what’s possible, so please bare with me if my question does not apply here. I’m trying to visualize a way to create a system that has a place where someone initiates a communication to the community and subscribers can receive that message in their preferred channel, whether it’s twitter, instagram, facebook messenger, whatsapp, email, etc. The intake form would have categories that are required to be chosen, such as Commercial, Animal Rescue, PSA’s, etc, Subscribers choose the categories they are interested in and their preferred delivery method . Hello!I’ve been using the Vimeo Zapier app to publish video uploads/posts to my Ghost Blog everytime Zapier see’s a new video on the account. I’ve run into a slight problem. Zapier seems to ignore that the Video is still processing on longer Vimeo uploads and is sending videos to Ghost Blog that are still processing and it’s missing some info/images/links.Would there be a way for Zapier to sense that the video is at %100 online before looking for “new videos” ? I have used the filter to stop publishing to Ghost if the status is still processing, but as far as Zapier is concerned it’s already checked for new videos and nothing is new to process. And there isn't a way when using Zapier to fetch the video again and update the missing info. Any ideas much appreciated! Sam

Hello guys,I saw that there is an article that talks about FB, but I would like to be clearer in my request.I am in affiliate marketing, I would like to trigger the pixel only when zapier correctly sends the lead to the network, is it possible to do this?To explain me better, the network allows, thanks to some "command" lines inserted on zapier, not to send the lead correctly because it is not good, fake, has already bought etc ...If it is valid, it passes the lead and then the confirmation of the same.I hope I explained myself well, thanks a lot in advance.
I’m not sure whether this is possible with Zapier, but thought I’d post in here to check. What I’m after is a an automation to regularly check if I’m free or busy in my google calendar (or youcanbookme). Then if I’m busy, pause a google ads campaign (or perhaps lower bids). Or if I’m free, activate the google ads campaign (or raise bids). Is this possible within Zapier, or do you think I’d need a developer to work with the respective API’s? Thanks!
I have made a couple of Zaps to take newly created or modified leads from SalesRabbit and create an entry in Google Sheets. After I create the lead in SalesRabbit, it doesn’t show up in Sheets. Does anyone know how to fix this? And yes, my user belongs to an Org.
Hi !I had my personnal calendly agenda linked to gsheet with zapier and everything was working fine.However, since I have a team agenda (while still having my personnal calendly agenda), zapier does not make the difference between the 2. Which means that I get events from my collegues too (from the team one). How do I make zapier understand the difference between both ?Thank you for your help !
How do I create a zap that bill take an invoice from Stripe and the create that invoice in QBO. Here’s the kicker, I want the Zap to see if the customer from Stripe already exists in QBO.If the customer already exists in QBO, I want the Zap to create an invoice in QBO under the customer.If the customer doesn’t exist in QBO, I want the Zap to create the customer and invoice in QBO. How do I do this?
Does anyone save the contracts signed in Dubsado to Google Drive with a ZAP? I’ve been trying to figure out if this is possible (once a client signs their contract, I can see how to create the Google Drive folder, but not how to save the signed contract into that folder). Thanks! Alicia
