I’ve created a Zap for the following:

  1. New event created in Outlook Calendar A
  2. Filter in Zap = Does not contain “Viva”
  3. Create event in Outlook Calendar B

When the event is created in Outlook Calendar B, the meeting title is not populating and there isn’t a “TITLE” field available in Zapier to map the information as the meeting title versus an e-mail subject line.

I think it’s because the Zap is looking for an E-MAIL similar to the way Google Calendar works… and Outlook and Google Calendar do not operate in the same manner.

Any thoughts on how to map the fields so that the meeting title on Calendar A is carried over to the new event created on Calendar B?

There doesn’t seem to be any additional fields that work as the “title” of the meeting.

***UPDATE***

I figured it out… you have to start with the Trigger App as Office 365, not Outlook. Here’s an updated link so you can see how I set up the Zap.

Now the “subject” field in Zap is populating with the Meeting Title.

Great work, @kristenkramer, and thanks so much for sharing that with us!
