Hi! Looking for help here please-
Kajabi (unlike other course platforms) don't automate the payment split between course contributors (instructors) and the course owner. It's currently a manual weekly calculation of percentage of turnover from the course inside kajabi less refunds, requesting an invoice and then processing payments form Xero.
Is there a way to automate this calc/ payment using zaps?

Another route if you’re not a user of Airtable or other spreadsheet/database software is to calculate it using a spreadsheet-style formula using the Formatter app in Zapier. Here are some docs to help you get started:

You can do that definitely but I would suggest you do it in some sort of a CRM first then zap it.
For example, you input all your data into Airtable, do the formulas there, then using Zapier process the payments in Xero.
