Hi all! What I’m trying to do is the following in Zapier.Use onedrive Zap to get an excel file (This is easy and done). The file in this case is a Excel file that is structured similar to the following (Account Name | Order Number | | Completed (Yes/No) | Date Completed.) I want Zapier to pick up the information from the Excel and then email it via Outlook to a group of people outlined in a Mysql Database I have. The Mysql Database element is easy and can do that.The issue I have is the Excel and getting it to only send the relevant information in that related to the relevant Account? How would you do that? Zapier sent a test zap to activecampaign from Zenmaid but where do I look for it in Activecampaign? Zapier gives you no information whatsoever to find a test zap in Active Campaign. They say they connect with Zenmaid but with no help whatsover and no customer service, seems this is not the program for me to connect. It seems you have to be a major developer to use Zapier. Plus I can only email them with questions and wait 48 hours for a reply. I think its awful customer service. I may have to keep looking for another program that has customer service, which this does not have at all
I’m looking for away to automatically send new contacts in Keap into Google Ads Audience Manager to update Customer lists in real-time. I went through the process of integration by adding the trigger and sending information I want to google ads. However nothin has been pulling through even though Zapier is saying test has been successful. Any ideas on why this could be happening? Open to suggestions, Thanks, Chris
I have a jotform created that allows people to sign up for and purchase a course. I’m trying to create a zap that will then auto-enroll them in the course on teachable. I’m getting an error on the Required field "Email" (email) is missing. I’ve made sure that the email field is required on jotforms end, I have reconnected jotforms, reloaded all pages. I have tried using a filter between jotform but the filter fails each time. I have tried changing the condition on the field to “exists” “boolean is true” “ends with” (and then putting .com as the value). All of them fail. Again the field I’m looking for is required on jotforms end. I haven’t tried using the formatter step because it doesn’t make sense for what I’m trying to do which is take one specific, of the potentially 2, email addresses input on this jotform and use it to create and enroll a student into a course on teachable along with their name. I’m getting an error on the email address field. I’m not sure what to do at this poi

I am not able to find the scenario that performs this function, as the news from the original website are not published in any XML or RSS. Therefore, I need a scenario that is triggered every 15 minutes, crawls the original page (https://comunicacion.jcyl.es/web/es/notas-prensa/ultimas-notas-prensa.html) and if there is new news it sends it to my wordpress.Can you give me some clue?Thanks.
Hello, I am about to publish my app on Zapier and I’ve come across an issue regarding a Beta Action: the Looping by Zapier. The issue is that I cannot share the zap since it uses a beta action. Does it mean I will not be able to use that action even when my app will be public? Are Beta Actions not allowed in ‘production’??

Hi all, I’ve a zap which populates a Google Doc with information from Airtable. I then want to include the text from the Google Doc in the body of a new email. I can get the email to include a PDF version of the Google Doc but I can’t get the Google Doc’s text to be part of the email body itself. Any ideas?

Hey there all, quick question re. the Dropbox “Move File” action: I’m trying to use it in a multi-step zap where:A file is created in one dropbox folder (which serves as a sort of “inbox”) Then, a bunch of records are created in an Airtable base (not relevant here) A new folder gets created (a subfolder within another dropbox folder (Little delay, just in case) And once that’s done, the our friendly little file should be pushed into the folder the Zapp just created (to clear the inbox, if you will)Now, everything in this Zap works fine - except for the “Move File” action, which returns a “File/Folder not found” error. And that’s even though 1) both the file and destination folder exist, and 2) I’m using the “Path” values from Zap step 1 to specify the file via “Custom Value”, and the “Path” value from step 3 to specify the target destination … both of which seem to work because the Zap seems to pull the right data.I have no clue why this isn’t working; does anyone have an idea?Are file
I have zaps set up toCreate a new row on Google Sheets when a new opportunity is created on Salesforce Search for, and update, the relevant row on Google Sheets when an opportunity is updated on SalesforceI would like to either update the zap(s) I have or create (a) new zap(s) to have the Google Sheet updated whenever a new Salesforce Product is added to an existing opportunity. Hi everybody, I know that there are a lot of questions around this topic, but I can’t find my specific issue, so maybe there is a solution (or a new angle to the problem): I am currently connecting GoToWebinar and Salesforce. We have several older Webcast recordings on our website. If somebody wants to watch those videos, they have to register in GoToWebinar. As this doesn’t happen too often, I would like to avoid setting up a Zap for every Recording. I imagine something like IF somebody registers for (Recording A OR Recording B OR Recording C), THEN create a Campaign Member in Salesforce Campaign “Collection all Webcasts” (and push the name of the Recording into the Description field) Is that possible? Can I choose several Recording/Webcasts as Triggers for the same Zap? Thanks in advance for your help!Sabine
Here’s what I’m doing:trigger - Completed task in Asanaaction - Create Database item in NotionThe fields that are native to Asana pull in to my database just fine, but the custom fields just spit out the name of the custom field instead of its contents (e.g. we have a custom field for “Client Name” and instead of putting the name of the company, it just puts “Client Name”). One of the custom fields is text and the other two are drop-down select. Not sure how to proceed...
Hey There! I have a client who is trying to get Shopify order data (line items) in to a Non-Profit CRM (Virtuous). In order to get the order data in to the CRM, we have to match up Line Item SKUs with a Premium ID in the CRM. We are able to query the CRM api to get a list of all Premium IDs and have a custom code in the CRM attached with the Premium for the SKUs. Initially, I wanted to use the lookup table and input all the SKUs with their respective Premium IDs in the lookup table. The client isn’t a fan of that as it creates another place where data has to be input when they create a new Premium in their CRM. What I’m essentially trying to do is to create a dynamic lookup table that takes the Premium data that I get from the CRM api and makes a lookup table on the fly each time the Zap is run so that the data is always the most current. Is there a way to do that with lookup tables or will it require code in order to accomplish that? I did find this reference which actually was pretty
Hi - I’m an interior designer and my firm uses Asana for all of our project management. I want to create a client dashboard that can connect with Asana via Zapier, so that we can create a simple and seamless place to share files & documents with clients, as well as centralize communications about the project. Ideally I would like to be able to:1 - upload pdf presentations and contracts2 - ask for sign-off / approval on presentations and contracts (like a docusign)3 - add scheduling / a calendar / milestone dates (ideally with zoom integration)4 - be able to comment on each of these items (and keep all communication with client centralized here / eliminate emails)5 - have an attractive and very simple interface (many of our clients are older and tech-illiterate) Does anyone have any recommendations on the best software for doing this? I’ve seen lots of similar offerings in healthcare, for example (like Klara), but not sure if they would translate outside of that field. Obviously
I am using the newly available Find Record(s) in Salesforce. The result I get are multiple related records related to the same Account (that is my search criteria). Now I want to grab just one of those related records based on a “filter” to then use later in the Zap. How do I “filter” out the one related record? When I try to use “filter” it is evaluating all of the Related Records at once vs one at a time - if that makes sense? Any help would be much appreciated!
I have a Zap setup that triggers when a new Record is created in one Source App and then creates it in another App. Zap 101 type stuff. It works when I create a single record in the Source App, however, when I import a CSV into the Source App the Zap does not trigger? The Zap is on, and has been on, and should trigger as a single entry triggers it. I am on Pro Account, so I cannot see why it would not work? Anyone have any thoughts?
Hello everyone, I’m currently retrieving info with Zapier from Typeform (Typeform 2 Monday) and creating new items on my Monday board, after that I’m sending emails using the fields from my board on Monday (Monday 2 Gmail) everything through Zapier. The problem is that i have an auto-number (Column that generates a number automatically every time a new item gets created) but I can’t retrieve this field on my connection Monday to Gmail Any help would be really appreciated

I pay for another service to solve this and would love to find a fix for this. The LinkedIn Zap requires a link, which is then embedded in the post. Is there any way to avoid this, so it looks like a natural LI image post?
