I’m trying to collect this type of message and transfer it on a gsheet, when i send it via this way :
It works, but by the other it doesn’t, does someone have an idea ?
For the first message (the one from the bot, col B appear empty)
For the second message, from a standard user, the col B is completed :

Since both zaps are triggering but only 1 of them is passing the required value, I would say the fields where the message is coming in from the trigger is different in case of a bot vs a user. Check the Zap history for the incoming fields in case of the first screenshot to see what is the field that is coming from Discord.
If the fields are different, you can just put them back to back in the zap editor and one of them will come blank but the other one will have value so it should work.
