I am trying to trigger when any (of dozens) deal changes its Deal Stage to Closed.
The error message from Zapier is “We couldn’t find a deal”. (Although, there are dozens of deals in HubSpot.)

Please post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured along with the encountered error in order for us to have context, thanks.

If so, we’d love to help! As Troy mentioned, screenshots of your zap setup (with any personal details removed) are super helpful for us to troubleshoot what you’re seeing. 🙂 Also here’s a quick guide on some things to check if your zap isn’t triggering.

It is now working.  It took longer than I expected.  It is now creating a new Task List when any deal closes.
