Hello, I've been trying to connect to WooCommerce. At first I was trying to connect but did not have the plugin voor WooCommerce Zapier installed on WordPress. Then I could not create an application password. I enabled application passwords in WordFence. Now I have an admin username and the application password under that admin but I still cannot login. I read it could be related to Wordfence but I don't know where to start figuring out what to fix. Anyone else have experience with this? What thresholds to adjust or options to turn on/off? Thanks! Hello All,I connected WPForms with Zapier, but it looks like information goes from WPForms to Zapier. Is there any way to do the reverse?We want to build headless WordPress, with React Front-End. In this case, we want users to submit form on the React Front-End, which will be connected with Zapier webhooks, so that Zapier sends these submissions to WPForms in Wordpress Backend. Is this possible? Structure:Person submits in React => React sends to Zapier => Zapier adds this submission to WPForms enquiry. Can you please give any ideas how to make this possible and help?
Hi, I’m trying to connect Wordpress to Zapier. I’ve installed and activated the Zapier plugin to wordpress. I have followed the instruction of deactivating plugins. I go to log in to my Wordpress on Zapier, and I get the following error:We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: WordPress ran into an issue. Can anyone help? My zap: Each time a new Google Sheet row is added, send a DocuSign envelope with data from the google sheet row Issue: Some of the fields from the Google Sheet are not passing/showing up in my DocuSign template. In this case, the missing fields are supposed to be used to calculate formulas in DocuSign. I think the issue has to do with the fact that, in DocuSign, any fields used for calculations must be “validated’ as either Numbers or Dates. So i have numbers in my google sheet, and as far as i can tell they are the exact format that DocuSign wants. But for some reason they are not showing up in docusign no matter how i change the formatting settings. Can anyone help?
Hi Community! I have seen some other Zapier users post this question but I am unable to piece together a solution for my use case. I am hoping someone can take a look at my Zap and identify what I am doing incorrectly. What I am trying to do: is set up a trigger in gmail to (new attachment) and an action in Amazon S3 (upload the file, which in this case is a CSV.This workflow seems to work but when I test it my file in S3 is a txt file, and not a csv. Below is a screenshot of S3. I need the TYPE to equal CSV.This is my trigger, which generated a successful test Here is my Action (which is generating a succseful test, but not giving me the right file in S3. Again, I am trying to generate the CSV from my original email. Can someone please help? THANK YOU!!
We have a linkedin lead form integration running. We ask for consent on the form, which results a boolean value true or false. I want to ‘convert’ this into a string value that I can send over to our ActiveCampaign instance. It expects the value of this field to be “I Agree”, so a string.Can I set up this conversion in the Zap? This doesn’t seem to work, but I’m not sure if this is possible in the first place.I also looked into the conversions and functions but found nothing yet that worked. In the ZAP field mapping:
I need to get access to my clients Facebook and Google My Business pages. At the moment I’m giving them my Zapier log in and link to the connections page so they can simply click Facebook pages and connect, then do the same with Google My Business.However it’s not ideal given that I only have one user (as teams is too expensive) and when they log in they could mess around with the zaps and see my other clients accounts connected. Not to mention I keep having to change the password.Any better solutions?
HelloOne of our zaps that we have set up to feed data from gravity forms into a google sheets page keeps turning itself off shortly after turning it on. There are no errors logged. When setting up and testing the zap, everything works 100% correctly. Despite this, the zap will without fail turn itself off minutes after being turned on. We cannot afford to have any downtime in this regard. I’ve sent multiple tickets over the past week and have not yet received a response. Any help would be appreciated.
We have a Zap set up to create a prospect in Pardot whenever a LiveChat session is finished. It was set up without any problems and has been running fine for the last 2 months. The individual who set it up no longer works in my department, so I went to update the zap with the new LiveChat account and Pardot account to sync and we’ve been getting an error (46): Pardot ran into an error: This API user lacks sufficient permissions for the requested operation. Error code: 46.I’ve checked with my IT department and I have the same permissions as the previous account. Why would I still be getting this error?
Hi, When I am setting up the trigger to link a google form to a google sheet I am not given an option to choose the form i need in a drop down. My email is signed in, but the shared drive option is not showing. Am I unable to link google forms in shared drives?? Thank you
I have a zap created that sends data from a Ninja Form to a Google Drive folder and Google Sheet. There is a “non-required’ file upload field on the Ninja Form. If the user uploads a file to the Ninja Form, the file is sent to a Google Drive folder. All data from the Ninja Form is sent to the google sheet with the exception of the file upload field. I have that this mapped to the “Alternate Link” from the Google Drive. If the user uploads a file to the Ninja Form, everything works correctly. However, if they do not upload a file to the Ninja Form, then no data at all is sent to the Google Sheet. I see an error in the zap history…“Required field "file" (file) is missing.” “This Google Sheets step didn‘t run because it depended on a previous step or filter that wasn‘t successful.” How do I get the zap to accept that someone may not upload a file and still send the remaining data onto the Google Sheet?

Hi,I am having issues on a Zap with a Linkedin LeadGen Form trigger:I have an older Zap activated and working on a Linkedin form. This one captures form responses and stores them in a google sheet. Now I am creating a new Zap, that has the exact same trigger (Leadgen Form Response) on the exact same Linkedin form. It passes the form response data to another platform using a custom webhook. However, when I activate this new zap, nothing happens when I get a new form response. The old zap still works though. When I test my new Zap, it does find new form responses to test with. So it looks like the connection is valid. The webhook alsio works fine. But when I activate my Zap and enter new form responses, the trigger does not get triggered. Are there limitations on the amount of identical triggers on a single Linkedin Form? Thank you.
I keep trying to find a way to fully sync (two-way, not just one-way) a Google Calendar and Google Sheet (or Google Tables, which I would prefer so that an update to an event or row in one would update the other and vice versa. Is this possible?Everything that I’ve found is a one-way sync, where you can set up something where an update in a Sheet can update or create a Google Calendar event, but not a solution where you could do that AND have the calendar event update or create a row. I found this answer, but that’s just one way.Is there a way to do this without having to create four separate zaps?
I’m using typeform to collect the application from users and sending them to airtable to store and evaluate. One of the field is attachment used for a profile pictures. While running the zap the file name of attachment changes to 100+ character long alpha-numeric string which is not ideal for my use case.Is there any way to retain the same file name as it came from the typeform?(unlike google-drive/box airtable don’t provide file name field in it’s action)
Working on a Zap for our Go High level agency account Issue is i’m trying to use the auto generate password and its working.. the issue is that I cant figure out a way to send the password that was generated in the next step that is email new user.. any help would be much appreciated
Hi everyone, I’m trying to add data to a Google Sheet and then email a copy of that sheet twice per day, and clear all the rows every time the sheet is sent.Everything seems to work fine except the loop that deletes the rows doesn’t work properly every time. If I test it with only 5 or 6 rows, it clears all the rows. If there are more rows (in the example below, there were 19) then it seems to only clear some of the rows, leaving a couple at the end. In this example, 3 were left. In some tests, it has deleted all the rows.The zap does a bottom-up search to find the first line that contains “New” in the Internal Use column. It then uses that line number (in this case, 20) to know how many times to loop. The loop settings: As mentioned, it seems inconsistent. Sometimes it deletes everything. Then on some runs, it leaves a few rows at the end.Any ideas?

I’m using a signed DocuSign agreement to push client data to multiple systems. The data that was entered during the DocuSign isn’t valid for upcoming steps of the Zap, so the Zap is being halted. Having the client resign the agreement is a situation I don’t care to explain.Is there a way to manually change the “data in” on certain steps of a specific Zap in progress so it can continue to run?
I am looking to create a zap that accomplishes the following:We have several programs and several team members. when we get a review /testimonial on a program it gets posted in one of several channels in Slack for the team to see. I also have an Asana project set up for all testimonials with different sections depending on what program the testimonial is for So when someone posts a photo in a Slack channel, I want our marketing person to be able to mark that photo somehow with an emoji or a push (b/c I do not want it to trigger on EVERY photo posted in Slack or even on every photo posted in a specific channel I wan the marketing person to review them and only send the ones they like/want to Asana) and that photo/file is uploaded to a specific place in Asana (the section corresponding to the product the testimonial is for) Here are the issues I am facing….The “Zapier push” function does not pick up files/attachment data from Slack and copying and pasting the public photo URL in the tex
I made a zapier, and am trying to move about 2500 files from one airtable to another for this initial move. When I try to move them, the zap does work, but it just stops after a certain number of files for no reason. For example, there should be 1500 runs, and it only moved 563. There are no error messages in the zap history. Tried re-running as well and nothing. Support is taking too long to get back to me. Any tips?
I have a Zap that creates a Google Calendar item from an Evernote note with a certain tag. When I edit the Google Calendar record, I pay change the calendar, subject, and other details. However, the Zap runs again and adds the calendar invite again. Is there a function to add where I can tell Zapier to only send it once?
Hi! I would like to create a zap where whenever a social media (FB, LI, Twitter) post is published (not scheduled or in queue) via Buffer a message is sent to a Slack channel, so everyone in the company can see & react to that post. I can’t figure out how to make this work, is it even possible? Thanks in advance.
