Hello everybody I got a Google Form when a new player join my team I would like to create a player Profile on google sheet for this I create a Google form and a spreadsheet template to copy and past and fill with the information of the form i would like to automate this with zapier When a new User answer to the google form I want duplicate a spreadsheet Template Rename the new spreadsheet with information of the google form Fill the last worksheet of the new spreadsheet with the same google form information in 2nd row The two first steep are good for me but for the third steep I don’t arrived to write in the new spreadsheet or when I arrived it’s only write in the first spreadsheet create by Zapier (not the template). 2 first step This not working This not working too (write only in the spread sheet [!PID]_Rambow Six_PlayerInformation Thank’s a lot to all people who will help me to solve my probleme
Shopify line item field includes tax and integration with QBO (quickbooks online)
Hi Folks, I have my zap set up and it works. My problem is the ‘line amount’ field in Zapier requires (suggests) a non-taxable line item amount. Shopify’s integrating exports the following field ‘line items Price’ which includes Tax. and does a tax calculation separately. Obviously this throws out the Sales Receipt in QBO as it calculates the tax on the ‘line items Price’ and inflates the incorrect price. I have tried to do a ‘numbers’ zap to make the line items field ex.vat, but I can’t seem to get that to work either! Any ideas!? J.
Woocommerce, Trello and Dropbox help
I use Woocommerce to take orders for a digital, customised product. I’m trying to find out if Zapier can automate the following tasks that I do manually at the moment: Create a card on Trello after a new order is created Take an attachment from this Woocommerce order and add it to Dropbox Also add this attachment to the card created in item 1 above When new attachments are added to this card, download them back into Dropbox Email customer from Woocommerce order the file downloaded from the card to Dropbox in item 3 above I’ve worked out how to do item 1. above, but for the rest of them I’m kinda stumped. For a bit of context, basically what happens is I get an image from a customer, I then add this to Trello and Dropbox for a colleague to work from. They then create a new image and drop this onto a Trello card. I download this new image, add it to Dropbox and send it back to the customer. Any help or direction someone could point me in would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure if I am doing this correctly or not. Been stuck on this for a while. Hi all! Does anyone know of a way to pull the email address for a contact associated with a deal? We are trying to automate the creation and subsequent emailing of file to contacts associated with a deal when it is moved to “Deal Won” in our Sales Pipeline. Sending an email response from PayPal purchase
We have a Zap set up to trigger when a PayPal purchase is made and add the contact information to iContact. We are trying to send a confirmation email to that customer. The iContact “Send HTML message” option has a List to send the email to. We do not want to send to an entire list, just to the current customer. Is there something that can be entered in the LIST field that indicates only the current record?
Wave Integration with Slack via Zap
Wave Integration with Slack As I try to set up the Slack Integration with Wave. Walking through the normal process, I get the following error: Got 404 calling GET https://…….. expected 2xx. Why would I get a 404 when everything is up and running unless there is a permissions issues that seems strange since I am going into the integration with everything logged in?

I just got a notification from zapier that old zap of WooCommerce won't work. They are called it WooCommerce Legacy . . I tried to create a new zap but they are wanting me to purchase this plugin that is $59/year/site. . https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-zapier/ . Usecase - WooCommerce orders are added as a student inside teachable. . Integromat is not supporting this scenario due to no direct integration with teachable or no detailed API docs. . Can some expert here recommend the solution/workaround?
GMAIL to GOOGLE CALENDAR
Hello I am trying to create a custom google calendar event from data within an email of GMAIL. I have emails coming in from an order system that show begin date and time, etc. They come in from an automated system so they are all the same. I need those emails to trigger a one time event in google calendar based on the time and date. I would like to be able to select values within the email that defines the date and time of the event in calendar more the Attendees How do I select specific info within the email to set the time and date for the calendar event (begin and end) and the attendees? Integration between leadpages and active campaign
Hello when I use Zap as an integration of a leadpages ebook, where people have to fill in their Emailadress and their first name, then the email integration often shows not in all integration but in some the following error message (422): The app returned "Contact could not be added.". This can occur if the information entered into a field is not in the correct format. Double-check that you are using the correct format for entering values into a field. What does this mean? What can I do to avoid this in the future? And how can I fix the problem for other ZAPS that it does not happen again? FacebooK lead Form Not Pulling Through Pages - With New Update Cant Use Page ID?
Ever since the UI update, I have been having major problems with Facebook Lead Gen forms. The platform used to allow you to call a page by using the Page ID but now it does not. A few of our pages (even some already running zaps) arent pulling through in the zap creation flow. I have reset connections, cleared my cache, reached out to the client to set up lead access, verified that i am an admin on the page…. everything to no avail. Is there still a way to force the page call through the page ID? Also, other than requesting lead access (which oddly enough I havent had to do for many other clients) what can I to to get the pages to pull through to Zapier?
Twilio SMS not triggering - but showing up in test
Hi! When I go to edit my zap and get test data, I see my latest incoming Twilio SMS. So that’s all good. However, when I send a new text and my Zap is on - nothing. It’s not triggering, I don’t see it in the task history as an incoming text. Any thoughts?

Hi There, I am hoping to create a feed in a Slack Channel whereby a post is made when an opportunity is closed won in Salesforce. I was able to set up a connection where the channel receives a message when closed won, but I want to customize each message to bring in details from the Opportunity such as Client Name, Deal Amount, etc. Has anyone done this before? How to troubleshoot a lag in Google Sheet to Jira trigger?
I have set up a Zap that when a new row has been created in Google sheet, to trigger creation of a new Jira ticket. I’ve tested this out and it does work, but there is a significant lag in new Jira tickets created (several hours). I have it set up to create Jira tickets instantly, but that does not seem to be working. Is this due to backend issues in Zapier or can I update any settings in my Zap to troubleshoot and have Jira tickets created instantly?
Editing Gmail message in Zapier
Hi. I’m new to Zapier and I don’t do HTML code! Or very little. I have a zap set up to tie a FB Lead Ad Form to email me a notice of a new lead, and it’s also linked to send a Gmail message back to the respondent. Now, I’ve created a video with the information and I want to replace most of the email text with a video thumbnail and link that to the YouTube video. But I’m not seeing any sort of Editor palette to be able to do that, or any sort of format editing. Heck, I can even do that here in this message! Is plain text, and HTML my only options to be able to do that and send an email back? I haven’t tried yet, but if possible, I could insert a bitly link to the video, but I’d like to format some text and put in a thumbnail photo instead. Or, can I possibly lay it out in Word first and then get the HTML code for that somehow, but I’d have no idea how to do that either!I appreciate any input. Thanks in advance. Stewart

Sorry for the badly formed Question. It should be: Is there a way to use Zapier Paths to test a Google Sheets Lookup Spreadsheet Row for success or failure? I’m using Google Sheets, Zapier Paths, and Trello. I’m trying to move a card to a specific list based on an asynchronous update in a Google Sheet. I’ve tried a number of different ways. Am I thinking about this in the wrong way? Currently, I am using a Trello Card Due as a timer to check a Google Sheet Lookup a Row to see if the expected row is populated in the Google Sheet. Next is a Zapier Path with Path A defined as If it is there (ColC Exists), it should move the card to the next list. If not (ColC Does not exist), it should move the card back to the same list and Butler will reset the Timer. In the case that the value is not found in the spreadsheet, the card is still moved. It seems as if Paths is not able to identify is the Google Sheets look up was successful or not. Why is there an error if a row is not found in a Goo
Github Clockify Integration Help
Hi all, I’m trying to set up a zap between my github and clockify and would appreciate some help. Here’s what I want: I create a repo on github => a new project is created in my clockify with that repo name I create a new issue on a repo in github => a new task is created in my clockify in the project of the same name of the repo the issue was created in. 1 is no trouble. But 2 is throwing a 404 error. The problem seems to be that whilst you can select a particular clockify project by name on zapier, it acts so as to select the ID of that project, which serves as its identifier in the URL. So if I select the repository name coming from Github it throws the 404 since it enters the project name, and not the project’s id into the URL. Here’s an example: I create a repo called ‘test-repo’ on github. A project is created on my clockify called ‘test-repo’, but is assigned the id 1234567 in clockify which serves as its URL identifier. Typeform > Wordpress problem
Hi everyone, I’m new here and I believe my question is very basic, but haven’t found a response anywhere. My Zap uses a Typeform text field to publish a Wordpress post. The title of the post is the Typeform field, so title does not need any additional text. However, the Zap requires me to write a default text. Why? As you can see in the attached image, the field is populated with a field from Typeform. It says “no data” which also I dont know what it means… because there is data for each Typeform response. Chatfunel isn't colelcting data
Hi, My chatfunel zap isn’t working properly for some of my zap. I can collect data from a specific funnel but not other. The chatfunnel team had a look at my chatbot and asked me to expose my issue to your services. It seems like the zap can’t fin the data with an infinite load screenshots enclosed.
Webhook to Multi-Reference field on CMS is not working
