Insightly into Google Sheets filtered by Organization
I am trying to create a Zap between Insightly and Google sheets. When I new project is created in Insightly, I need it to be added as a row in Google Sheets. I was able to do this but I need to filter by Insightly Organization. The Organization does not come up as a filter option and I’m using a project with an Organization I am an owner of in Insightly to pull data from. How can I filter by Organization?

Solve CRM integration: Trigger - Contact Tagged as 'Lead'; Action - Attaches Activity Template in Solve.
So I am trying to design this Zap that is triggered when a Contact in Solve CRM is tagged as a “Lead” and then inserts the correct Activity Template in Solve. The only Actions available with Solve CRM are Create New Contact or Create New Company. I don’t want to create a new contact each time there is a new lead. I thought I could do this using a webhook and a POST request but that did not seem to be enough. I have been playing around with Code by Zapier being the action and using a frankencode put together using python and the information at the following link: https://solve360.com/help/integration-walkthroughs/solve-webhooks-examples/ This is a bit outdated though so I am not sure how to modify it to fit with zapier. Code by Zapier is a little lacking though because you cannot import certain libraries which would be needed and I am not a pro with Python enough to be able to some how piece what I need together to get this through. Previously functional zaps are returning intermediate value error
Hello. Over the past few days, I’ve noticed some of my previously functioning Zaps are returning a (intermediate value)(intermediate value)(intermediate value).match is not a function (throttled) error after minor adjustments are made. These are adjustments to steps involving google docs. These steps work fine in other Zaps. It’s only when rerunning steps to make sure everything is still functioning smoothly that I see the errors. This error has occurred in multiple Zaps. Has anyone else experienced this error? Any ideas on resolving it would be appreciated. Thanks!
400 Malformed Record Key
Hello Zapier Community, I’m trying to make a Zap from Excel to Knack. - Updated Row in Excel - Update Record in Knack But I keep getting a 400 error: We had trouble sending your test through. App returned 400 and said Malformed Record Key: 4oz-TEST I think my issue is in Customize Record (Field To Search and then Search Value) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!! Kevin
MS Teams - can create channel, but can't send message
Hi folks, I’m trialling an MS Teams zap and hitting a hurdle. Teams has been granted full permissions but I’m getting a “forbidden” error when attempting to post a message to any channel. Oddly I can successfully create a channel with the zap, but I can’t post a message to any channel without getting a “forbidden” error. Are there some low-level permissions I need to set in 365 for message posting? Thanks in advance!
Is Zapier planning to support Typeform’s Responses API?
I would love to see support for Typeform’s Responses_API Adding a trigger “Find Typeform submission” would allow us to use an email address to find the user’s original Typeform submission, and pull their responses through into other apps. Use case came up because VideoAsk currently doesn’t support hidden fields other than contact_name and contact_email. If they did, this likely wouldn’t be necessary, but I could see it being super useful in other cases.
How to: Sync Google Sheets and Google Contacts
Hello! Has anyone managed to create a Zap flow that, in effect, “syncs” Google Contacts with a Google sheet? I don’t need it to be a 2-way sync; I just want to be able to update contacts on a sheet and have those updates (including adds and deletes) sync back to Google contacts. Part 1 I believe the Trigger within Google Sheets needs to be “new or updated row”. From there, I tried “Update Contact” within Google contacts, but it looks like that’s actually updating a specific contact. Or, I could go to “Custom” and match the value? I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to do that or add a step that “Finds” the contact based on email first. In any case, I tried both to no avail. Part 2 Then, I don’t think “Delete a contact” is an option. The only option I can think of is adding the contact to a Group or add a “tag” like DELETE and then going back in later and manually deleting. Appreciate anyone’s help! Lindsay
Zaps turning off by itself and no notifications
Occasionally our zaps turns themselves off, especailly a zap that links between a New Purchase in Kajabi to a Google Spreadsheet. This has happened about 3 times in the last 6 mths or so. And why isn’t there a notification via email etc advising that this has turned off so that we are made aware? Thanks for your help, Cheers Donna
Calendly to Pipedrive (creating a deal and a person to deal)
Hi there, how are you? New on Zapier and creating my first zaps… I am currenly working with Calendly now, and once an event is created I would like to create a deal on PipeDrive, and a person related to this deal. (usually events attrack new people). So here is the problem. Once the event is created, the deal goes correctly to PipeDrive but not the person, Pipedrive is taking other persons and relating those persons to that new lead created. So what I have is one deal and one person created but not related. I must be doing something wrong for sure, but what? :P Thanks
I have an issue understanding of how exactly the integration of Zoom-Eventbrite-Zapier works - ehern i try to create zoom registrants from those, who registered through event brite it simply sends one zap, one email to one person i have like four of the zaps running right now and i have no idea how to track everything. Hello; I am trying to connect Clickbank to Kartra so when a customer makes a purchase we assign the tag in Kartra according to the item purchased. But I don’t see the option. I see Zapier passes a whole massive array. How can we collect the item id so we can assign the correct tag? Thanks
Issue with Zoho CRM: Problem updating Node. - Disallowed selected_api.
Greetings Zapier Community, I hope you are doing great. We have been using Zapier at the company that I work for a few years and I think is the first time I have an strange issue with one of our Zaps! I’m trying to make a simple Zap that connects Zoho CRM and MailChimp. The trigger is when a contact is updated in the CRM that should trigger an action at MailChimp to send them an Email. In any case I’m getting an error message even before I choose my Zoho CRM account! At the moment I select Zoho CRM as my first App, I inmeditly get an error message before even selecting the trigger type: Problem updating Node. - Disallowed selected_api. The same error message from the following two posts, although one of them had a solution which was to disable AdBlocker, that didn’t work for me. Monitoring the connection of "My Apps"
Hello Zapier community, while I setting up and testing a new zap, a connection to one of the apps involved was lost, even though there were no changes whatsoever of any API Key. As a result no data could be sent to this app, as it is to be expected. The solution was running the “Reconnect” button under “My Apps”. This situation left me wondering: is there any way to proactively monitor the connected apps, so that an eventual disconnection could be intercepted and fixed almost immediately? In this scenario, we wouldn’t have to wait for a zap to fail to become aware the disconnection. Does anyone know if such monitoring can be implemented with the existing functionality? Best Regards
Box File Move Problem after S3 Upload
(1) New Box file to upload to (2) S3 bucket and then (3) move the file in Box to an archive folder. Error comes in step 3 - ‘Not Found’. Calendar Date Entry Avoiding Weekends? Google Calendar & Quickbooks
Hi folks, I have a Zap that extracts info from an email generated by our website booking system and places it into a new Quickbooks invoice. We clean items for customers, so there are three important dates. We courier customers an empty box on PACKAGING DELIVERY DATE We courier the full box from customers on COLLECTION DATE We return items to customers on RETURN DATE Right now, the web booking system generates COLLECTION DATE only (Monday to Friday), which we extract from the email and then use Zapier formatters to manipulate and insert the other dates as follows: For PACKAGING DELIVERY DATE we use “-2 days” For RETURN DATE we use “+8 days” It works ok, but I’d like to know if there’s a way that these two dates can AVOID weekends? So if someone right now books online for a Tuesday collection, -2 days would be a Sunday, and so on. Our courier only operates Monday-Friday. So, we have to adjust every Quickbooks invoice manually if any of the formatted dates fall onto a weekend. Hope that

I am currently trying to set up a Zapier for when a registration completes the form on the leadpages pop up to then sign up for a Webinar on Zoom. The form that I have created in leadpages includes email and first name: FORM IN LEADPAGESThen when I go to zapier this is the form that comes up: LEADPAGES FORM IN ZAP This is causing me issues when trying to set up the Zoho part of it as it saying there is no ‘FIRST NAME’ (see below) Can someone please help how I can edit the ‘New Form Sumbission in Leadpages’ section to include a first name?
